A bounty of $5000 is on offer by Police for any information about the shooting outside a Walmart outlet in South California.

The victim of the shooting is receiving treatment in a hospital and authorities have confirmed that the situation has been contained.

Police have also confirmed that the shooting was a result of an altercation and the suspect is not an active shooter.

The Sumter Police Department received a call about a shooting incident at the Walmart outlet on Broad Street in Sumter. There are unconfirmed reports that a suspect is in custody.

The arrested person is a 19-year-old person named Chancellor Lowery who was turned in by his parents.

However, the police are on the lookout for another person.

 One person was injured in the incident and he is receiving treatment at a medical facility. The police have also released a CCTV grab of a person who they believe is the person who is involved in the shooting. A reward of $5,000 leading to the arrest of the suspect has been announced.

Shoppers dived for cover when they heard the shooting and there was general pandemonium. Police also stated that the altercation and the shooting happened between two people who were known to each other.
