Meghan Markle fans confused by odd detail on her St Patrick’s Day waffles – can you spot it?

THE Duchess of Sussex has taken a battering from fans after posting clips of her making green waffles to mark St Patrick’s Day.

Meghan is seen whisking a shamrock-hued mix and cooking it in a special gadget — but the grill pattern on her finished product is not the same.

The waffle maker she used clearly had dividers that cut the treats into four sections.

But the circular treats she served up “for the kids” had no sign of the quarter markings.

Instead, they were perfectly dimpled and decorated as faces with whipped cream hair, blueberry eyes and a kiwi fruit mouth for Archie, five, and Lilibet, three.

Eagle-eyed social media users were quick to spot the missing section marks, with some accusing her of fakery.

One wrote on X: “Look, not to be a Duchess Meghan waffle truther, but the waffle iron on the left did not make the waffle on right.”

Another added: “Her attention to detail seems to have escaped her yet again.

“You can clearly see that waffle maker has four sections yet her waffle is solid and not in four parts as it should be.”

A third posted: “Anyone noticed something missing? The waffle maker has four sections.”

Meghan, 43, later added a picture to her Instagram Stories of some more waffles — this time in segments — captioned “and us! Happy St Patrick’s Day”.

The fancy kitchen gadget featured in Meghan’s clips is thought to be a Cuisinart Belgian Waffle Maker.

Prince Harry, 40, previously revealed their son Archie asks “waffle?” when waking up in the morning, after the late Queen gave her great-grandson a maker.

He told TV host James Corden on the Late Late Show in 2021: “My grandmother asked us what Archie wanted for Christmas and Meg said a waffle maker.

“So for breakfast, Meg makes up a beautiful, organic mix in the waffle maker, flips it, out it comes. He loves it.”

It comes after critics panned the Duchess’s new kitchen-themed Netflix show With Love, Meghan, which sees her give tips and advice.

The Duchess of Sussex was approached for comment.

PRINCE Harry’s secret US visa documents were revealed last night — but did not say if he lied about taking drugs in his application.

The heavily-censored court files did not reveal the Duke’s private details or whether he ticked the “no” box about narcotics use.

But the documents did show he was not given preferential treatment in his visa application.

The Heritage Foundation think tank wanted the documents published after Harry, right, admitted using drugs in his memoir Spare — which could have seen his application denied.
