We’ve seen glimpses of Clint Rice’s giant house on MAFS Australia 2025 and all over social media. So, where is it? How big is it? What is a golf simulator and why does anyone need one? We shall attempt to answer all. Here’s a look inside the MAFS Australia groom Clint Rice’s huge house.

I don’t think he’s short of funds. Clint used to be a professional golfer. He then founded a sports equipment business and sold it for several million dollars.
The house is in Launceston in Tasmania. Clint apparently moved in with his then-girlfriend in December 2023. They split soon after, and she moved out. Clint said on MAFS that he felt lonely living in such a big house all by himself. He has two very fluffy samoyed dogs to keep him company there.
The house has as many facilities as a luxury hotel
According to the builders’ website, the house has *takes deep breath* three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a tennis court, a putting green, a gym, a bar, a home theatre and a golf simulator. Apparently that’s a giant screen you practice playing golf in front of (like a very boujie version of Wii Sports?).

The website describes the house as “not just a home, but a lifestyle retreat”.
The house has a very modern and contemporary design. The interior is very Millennialcore and very grey, with plenty of pictures of horses.

Yup, Clint is now living there with Jacqui from MAFS Australia
Jacqui first visited Clint’s house in the three-week gap between Final Vows and when the reunion was filmed, in November 2024.
She said on the Australian radio show Fifi, Fev & Nick: “He reached out to me and wanted to get to know me. And after Final Vows, he invited me down to Tassie [Tasmania] to spend some time with him. We do have a 14-year age gap, so I was a little nervous about that, but after meeting him, the age gap didn’t matter. It didn’t affect us at all. Clint is a successful businessman, and we’re both going into business together now. Life is looking great.”
Jacqui appears to have been living with Clint by February 2025, because she started posting TikToks in this house with his dogs.
