MAFS star reveals she’s SPLIT from boyfriend after his messages to another woman were leaked online
A FAMOUS MAFS Australia star has revealed she’s SPLIT from her boyfriend after his messages to another woman were leaked online.
The couple only went public with their romance at the beginning of the year, and now it’s all over already.

Jessika, 32, who is an Australian reality star, rose to fame on the sixth series of Married At First Sight Australia.
On the show – which was filmed in 2019 – things didn’t work out with her husband Mick Gould.
Since then her love life has been a hot topic of conversation.
But things have gone wrong for poor Jess after it was revealed her new man Ryan Loveridge had texted another woman.
Some Celebs Go Dating fans may recognise him, as he appeared on the show in 2018, and went on a date with Sugababes star Mutya Buena.
Ryan has been dating MAFS star Jessika since the beginning of the year, and the pair seemed smitten.
LEAKED MESSAGES
However, today Jessika took to Instagram to reveal her heartbreak, after his text messages to another woman were leaked.
The reality star explained that the pair “were on a break” from their relationship when the messages were sent and that no cheating occurred.
“I was so hoping to avoid having to write this BUT unfortunately every personal moment I have or decision I make can become public fodder,” she wrote.
“In the past it’s made it difficult to maintain boundaries or feel a sense of privacy but I do appreciate the platform I have and the support I receive from you all so I feel it’s only right to share my side of the recent articles and allegations being reported about Ryan and let you know our current relationship status.”
Continuing Jessika told fans: “After thoughtful consideration, we have decided to part ways.
“While our romantic relationship has come to an end, we continue to have great respect for each other and appreciate the moments we’ve shared.
“We were hoping to do this privately but unfortunately text messages between Ryan and another woman were leaked and that’s created an article; stories and rumours and I wanted to help clear some of that up.”
Jessika went on to explain: “The messages that were leaked were from a period of time in February when Ryan and I decided to take a small break in our relationship when we were trying to better understand what it was exactly we wanted in our relationship and if it was working for either one of us.

“We did decide to make it work but unfortunately for me (just recently) I felt we weren’t progressing how I had envisioned. This decision had no connection to the past situation we both went through together it just simply wasn’t for me.
“So no, Ryan hasn’t been “busted talking to girls” I was aware but I also had no problem as it was when we weren’t together.
“I still would like to ask for privacy during this time as we move forward separately.
“There is no bad blood between either of us and we remain committed to supporting one another in our personal and professional lives. Thank you for understanding.”
MEETING RYAN
The split comes just months after Jessika went public with her romance with Ryan, and seemed hopeful of a future between them.
In early January, she showed him off on her Instagram grid to “hard launch” their relationship with a PDA-packed snap and sweet caption.
“Well this wasn’t on my 2025 bonus card BUT can’t deny good luck and chemistry,” Jessika penned.
She added: “I adore everyone’s opinions, care and assumptions but any upsetting comments will be blocked and deleted. Shouldn’t even have to write this so use your heads.”

SPLIT FROM BRITISH EX
This new break-up comes after Jessika split from her British boyfriend.
The stunning reality star quietly confirmed her break-up with DJ Brent Anthony back in September 2024.
At the time, a fan commented on a snap of Jessika, saying: “I’m sad you and Brent broke up, you looked so happy with him.”
Replying to the fan, seemingly confirming their split, Jessika said: “I really wasn’t and I hid a lot of my emotions and embarrassment from the internet.”
REALITY TV QUEEN
Meanwhile, since leaving MAFS Jessika has cemented herself as the queen of reality TV.
She has gone onto appear on Big Brother VIP, Ex on the Beach, and Celebs Go Dating alongside the likes of Abz Love from 5ive and Made in Chelsea star Miles Nazaire.
Up until recently, Jessika was based in the UK but now seems to be back in Australia.
Myleene Klass recreates iconic I’m A Celebrity bikini moment as she strips to swimwear
MYLEENE Klass recreated her iconic I’m A Celebrity bikini moment as she stripped to white swimwear for a new shoot.
The Loose Women star, 46, sizzled in a two-piece for a new video for her range at fashion retailers Freemans.

In the photo, Myleene showcased her toned figure in various co-ords.
She slipped into a leopard print bikini before wowing in some strappy swimwear.
Myleene captioned it: “You’ve been buying my bikinis for 18 years bestowing on me the title of UK’s longest running celebrity brand.
Thank you to my loyal supporters. Can’t wait for you to see my new range.”
She also shared: “This age thing is a funny one, I’ve never felt better, it is time to embrace and celebrate who we are.
“As to the fashion rule book – I’ve got news for you, there isn’t one.
“It’s all about finding clothes that make you look and feel fantastic.”
Myleene’s fans were in awe of her stunning bikini looks, with one writing: “Looking absolutely stunning.”
A second gushed: “Perfection,” with a string of love hearts.
Myleene stepped out just days ago in a pink mini skirt as she flashed her legs at an all-female orchestra performance of Barbie.
The broadcaster attended the screening at the Royal Albert Hall.
Musician Myleene said: “If 11-year-old me and her violin saw this, I’d have wanted to be in the Barbie orchestra.”
We revealed last month how Myleene surprised fans by admitting she actually does her own hair and make-up for Loose Women.
Not only that, but the star does it in just 18 minutes flat.
Myleene took to her Instagram Stories to share a video of herself getting herself prepped to go and sit behind the famous desk, writing over the top that she had just “18 minutes to get ready”.
She began by clipping her hair back and applying some moisturiser, which looked to be Charlotte Tilbury‘s Magic Cream.
After that, she went in with a thin layer of foundation, before adding concealer in the areas she felt needed it – such as under her eyes.
Once that was blended in, Myleene used a bronzing stick, which appeared to be a Rare Beauty number, on her nose, cheekbones and other areas she wanted to be more contoured.
After revealing the rest of her routine, Myleene concluded her video by pouting and posing for the camera, showing off her perfectly made up face and gorgeously waved locks.

Thousands of women experience ‘severe period pain that isn’t normal’, urges expert – 3 signs you need to see a GP
SEVEN in 10 women will experience period pain – often physically and mentally debilitating – for almost four solid years of their life, according to research.
Of these, an overwhelming 78 per cent have been told it is completely normal to have discomfort every month.

And more than a third (39 per cent) sourced their information from a medical professional.
The study of 5,000 UK women who experience periods was part of a bigger report developed by newly launched natural period pain supplement Monthlies.
It found the average sufferer will have three days of pain a month – the equivalent of 1,350 over 450 periods.
These women have visited a doctor to try and get a solution at least twice, but 49 per cent were told the only option to address symptoms was birth control.
One in 10 (nine per cent) admit their period pain is excruciating, while 24 per cent describe it as an intense or sharp, stabbing feeling.
And 47 per cent agree they find their periods particularly debilitating – with 31 per cent saying they are unmanageable and 48 per cent admitting they completely lack energy.
Ashley Florestal, ND, for Monthlies, which aims to improve women’s hormonal health as well as overall wellbeing and performance, said: “Severe period pain is not normal, and women shouldn’t be left to navigate their pain alone without support, investigation or solutions.
“We still have a lot more work to do, not only to educate women about what is happening to their bodies but also to empower them with the knowledge and confidence to take control of their health and cycles.
“What they experience may be common, but that doesn’t mean they have to accept it as their only option.”
The NHS says you may have period pain if you have pain in your tummy at the start of your period, or several days before your period, or if you have you have painful cramps in your tummy that spread to your back and thighs.
You may also have it if you experience a sharp pain or a dull ache in your tummy.
Sometimes painful periods can be caused by conditions, such as womb tissue growing in other places (endometriosis and adenomyosis), growths in around the womb (fibroids), or an infection of the womb, fallopian tubes and ovaries (pelvic inflammatory disease).
See a GP if you experience these three signs:
- your periods become more painful, heavier or irregular
- you have pain during sex or when peeing or pooing
- you’re bleeding between periods
The new study found of those who have ever suffered with period pain, 37 per cent have been forced to spend hours in bed, while 34 per cent couldn’t leave the sofa.
Just under a third (32 per cent) have cancelled social plans, 28 per cent have avoided exercise and a fifth (19 per cent) have booked time off work.
As well as cancelling plans, women admit their monthly cycle has also led them to feeling a distinct lack of confidence (26 per cent) and being less able to concentrate in meetings (23 per cent).
And reluctance for any physical contact is a symptom for 21 per cent – with exactly one in 10 women also saying their experiences of periods has led to an unsatisfactory sex life.
But just 17 per cent of those polled via OnePoll know exactly what period pain is – cramps which occur due to the tightening of the muscular wall of the womb.
And 73 per cent don’t fully understand how their monthly cycle works.
Unhelpfully, 82 per cent of women say their periods have changed with age – those with children said their pain has got worse (25 per cent), although 34 per cent noticed an improvement.
And the monthly cycle is an ever-changing thing for most women, with 61 per cent saying their pain varies from one month to the next.
To help women become better informed, monthlies has developed an educational animated video of what happens during their monthly cycle.
Geneva Sade, naturopathic nutritionist, for Monthlies said: “It’s a truly beautiful feeling to feel heard and this study has opened doors for others to be heard too. Period pain should never feel like a life sentence.
“It’s disheartening seeing the time frame by which it takes symptoms to be truly diagnosed and a major option of support to be contraception or conceiving.
“As we deepen our understanding of ourselves through these studies and investigations and embrace advancements in technology, we’re shifting towards a brighter future that addresses the root cause and the ability to educate women further.”
Treatments for period pain
If you have severe period pain, a GP may recommend:
- anti-inflammatory medicines like naproxen, flurbiprofen or mefenamic acid
- a TENS machine – a small device that uses mild electrical impulses to reduce pain
- contraception like the pill, implant or injection – these thin the womb lining, making your period lighter and easing the pain
Your GP may also refer you to a specialist (gynaecologist) if your period pain doesn’t get better.

Coleen Rooney reveals being married to Wayne is ‘like being a single mum’ in one of her most brutally honest interviews
COLEEN Rooney has candidly claimed that being married to Wayne has at times made her feel ‘like a single parent’.
The 38-year-old mum-of-four revealed that life is like a constant ‘WWE wrestling match’ with her boys and that she was often left ‘juggling’ her home alone whilst Wayne was away playing football.

After Coleen’s down-to-earth nature and love for her family helped her to win millions of votes and second place on the most recent series of I’m A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here!, she has now shared an insight into her ‘mad house’.
The brunette beauty, who tied the knot with football legend Wayne Rooney, 39, back in 2008 and previously revealed the strict rota she has for her boys in an attempt to control the ‘mayhem’ in her home, shared all in one of her most brutally honest interviews yet on Nicky Byrne HQ.
Chatting to Westlife singer Nicky Byrne, 46, on the most recent episode of his podcast, Coleen candidly opened up on being a mum to four boys and navigating life alongside football legend Wayne.
Whilst Nicky recognised, “It’s crazy all the time but it must be mad with four boys”, Coleen agreed: “It is, it’s constant. They’re constantly winding each other up.
“It’s like a WWE wrestling match constantly, but it’s good fun.
“I think if it was a quiet house, it wouldn’t suit us as a family. A mad house suits us.”
When it comes to “the most difficult part of being a wife of a footballer”, Coleen confirmed: “I would say, at times, it’s like being a single parent.
“Especially when he was playing for Man United and England, Man United were in the Champion’s League, so that’s mid-week away in Europe and then you’ve got weekends, they used to stay away before a game every week and then they go off with England for 10 days at a time and they have tournaments where they’re away for weeks and weeks.”
Not only this, but Coleen, who recently revealed the secret to her glowing skin, added: “You could never rely on a plan. You couldn’t make a plan.
“That was hard because I like a plan and I like a schedule and I like to stick to that. I found that hard.
“You are literally juggling a house, especially when the kids come along.”
Coleen also reflected on her and Wayne’s move to Washington D.C. back in 2018 when Wayne joined D.C. United.
It’s like being a single parent…they’re away for weeks and weeks
Coleen Rooney
After leaving her £20million mansion, Coleen admitted: “We had that spell in America, to take that leap and go to America, which is far away, it was a hard decision.
“I felt like the kids were young enough and we wanted to go as a family.
“We tried it, hated it. I didn’t realise how homesick I was.
“I just thought homesick was a thing people made up but when I was there, I was so homesick.

“I think it was because I’ve been so lucky to live so close to my family for all my life, they’ve literally helped raise my kids with me, they’ve always been at the end of the phone, they only ever lived an hour away at most.”
The Scouse lass, who has landed a £10million deal with Disney+ for a brand new reality show with Wayne and the kids, then confessed: “So to go to America, not have anyone there, not know anyone, my youngest was six months, and just be on my own with Wayne travelling with the team, it was hard. They travel and they’re away for days.
Coleen Rooney's surprising bad habit

COLEEN Rooney has revealed the embarrassing habit hubby Wayne reckons will annoy her I’m A celebrity campmates.
She’s usually preened and perfect – but the WAG has confessed she snores.
Coleen said: “I didn’t think I snored, but Wayne says I snore.
“Not continuously though – just every now and again.
“I have been in the public eye for over 20 years now and people take what they want from it.
“I do think people will get a better idea of what kind of person I am.”
“The move was tough. We tried it, I just feel like the kids were young.”
As well as this, she also acknowledged: “Wayne was banned from driving at the time so I was the family driver. It wasn’t a good experience.”
Coleen’s fans beam
A teaser of the recently released podcast has been shared on Instagram and has clearly impressed many, as it has quickly racked up 222,000 views and 2,297 likes in just 24 hours.

Birmingham’s League One clash postponed at just nine days’ notice – but fans have no idea when they’ll play it
BIRMINGHAM CITY announced their League One clash with Stevenage has been postponed.
Birmingham were scheduled to take on the Boro on March 22 at the Lamex Stadium.

However, Blues stated the game – which was scheduled to take place in nine days – has been postponed due to international call-ups.
The League One outfit haven’t announced a new date in which the game will be played but promised a confirmation will be made “in due course”.
Birmingham issued the following statement: “The League One fixture was set to take place at the Lamex Stadium on Saturday, 22 March, kick-off at 3pm.
“A new date for this fixture, as well as Blues’ trip to Blackpool, will be announced in due course.”
This raises questions as to when Birmingham and Stevenage can fit their postponed match in a packed schedule.
Fans were left perplexed as they took to social media looking for answers.
One fan tweeted: “We should have just played it. I don’t know when we are going to fit it in now.”
Another asked: “Are we gonna have to play one of the postponed games after the final day?”
A third wondered: “Genuinely when are we playing this?”
This fan joked: “We’ll be playing this game in 2028 at this point.”
And that one said: “Where are we fitting this in?”
Tiger Woods ‘will not play golf again until Seniors Tour’ claims ESPN analyst after latest injury horror
TIGER Woods’ golf return will come on the Seniors Tour, claims ESPN golf analyst Tony Kornheiser.
Woods, 49, announced this week that he has undergone surgery on a ruptured Achilles.

The 15-time Major champion has not played on the PGA Tour since last July.
Woods had been due to return at last month’s Genesis Invitational, only to withdraw following the sad death of his mother Kultida aged 81.
Prior to his injury, Woods had been expected to play at the Masters in April.
The American did feature at the exclusive Seminole Pro-Member event earlier this month.
Kornheiser, 76, admitted on his podcast that he sees Woods now entering a very different phase of his legendary career.
“The next time we see him, I believe, is in something that everyone says he won’t do, the Senior Open,” Kornheiser said.
“I think he’s gonna want to do it. I think if he can play, he’s played golf his whole life, he’s one of the greatest two golfers of all time.
“I think he’s gonna want to play, and I think his son is gonna say to him, ‘Hey dad, come on, I’ll caddie for you… why don’t you give it a shot?'”
Kornheiser went on to add that Woods, who turns 50 in December, could excel as an “ambassador” for the sport on the Seniors Tour.
“He has been denied the chance to fully realize all that he could have done in this sport. He is a star-crossed figure,” Kornheiser said.
“But I think we’ll see him again, because… he has taken on a role that nobody ever thought he would take on, which is ambassador of golf.”
Confirming his surgery earlier this week, Woods wrote on social media, “As I began to ramp up my own training and practice at home, I felt a sharp pain in my left Achilles, which was deemed to be ruptured.
“This morning, Dr Charlton Stucken of Hospital for Special Surgery in West Pal Beach, Florida performed a minimally-invasive Achilles tendon repair for a ruptured tendon.
‘The surgery went smoothly, and we expect a full recover,’ added Dr Stucken.
“I am back home now and plan to focus on my recovery and rehab, thank you for all the support.”
Earlier this week, Stephen A. Smith wrote off Woods as a professional golfer.
“To me, Tiger Woods is a recreational golfer at this point,” the 57-year-old said on First Take.
“We know how he’s the all-time greatest, we get that, but his health is so bad.
“He’s gone through so many physical tragedies.”
Smith then went on to add, “I look at Tiger Woods and I don’t even think about his game. You know what I think about? One day, cause that’s all you got.”
Chilling FULL video of mysterious ‘Bridge Guy’ in Delphi murders released… as girls say ‘gun’ & suspect’s voice heard
THE shocking full video of the mysterious “Bridge Guy” in the Delphi murders has been released.
Teenagers Libby German, 14, and Abigail Williams, 13, were found dead in 2017 after going for a walk on the Delphi Historic Trails in Indiana.

Richard Allen, was handed a 130 year sentence in December on two counts of murder and two counts of felony murder in this horrifying case.
Libby captured the video of a man known as “Bridge Guy” who was spotted walking towards them moments before they were found dead.
Cops previously released a small part of the video to help identify their suspect but the full clip was only shown in court.
The newly released video has revealed the suspect’s voice and captured the girls appearing to make references to a gun.
In the Snapchat video filmed by Libby, Abby can be seen walking along the bridge while a man walked closely behind her.
The white male was dressed in faded jeans, a hoodie and a blue jacket, with his hands in his pockets.
The girls’ faint dialogue was caught at the start of the clip as Libby appeared to ask, “Is he right there?”
They then seemed to look for a route away with Abby saying “see this is the path that we go down”.
Abby added: “There is no path going there so we have to go down here.”
The girls stood to the side while the Bridge Guy says “guys” and one of the girls timidly says “hi” back.
He then appears to order the girls “down the hill” before the video ends.
Prosecutors and cops argued last year that the girls were also heard referencing a gun the man could have been carrying.
The shocking video was previously only shown at court and was not released to the public but a website called Justice for Rick Allen published the clip.
This comes just days after Allen’s legal team made a filing to the Indiana Court of Appeals to challenge his convictions.
Allen’s attorney Stacey Uliana however said: “The fact that the video was posted on a website has nothing to do with the pending appeal or the fairness of the trial at the heart of that appeal.”
Libby’s quick-thinking to take a video led investigators to herald her a “hero” as cops revealed the clip was a key piece of evidence.
Indiana State Police Sgt. Tony Slocom said at the time: “That young lady is a hero, that is no doubt.
“To have enough presence of mind to activate the video system on her cell phone to record what we believe is criminal behavior about to occur, there is no doubt in our mind that she is a hero.”

HORROR DAY
The girls decided to hike along the Delphi Historic Trails in Carroll County, a short drive out of town, on February 13 at around 1:30pm.
Libby lived with her grandfather Mike Patty, 54, and grandmother, Becky, 60, after her parents divorced.
Abby lived with her mom Anna and grandmother.
Anna said: “The day before they died, I took Abby and Libby to the park where they played catch.

May 23, 2023: Allen was diagnosed as suffering from stress-induced psychosis.
June 8, 2023: Allen’s depression was reported to be “at its peak,” with trembling and knees buckling noted by a psychologist.
June 16, 2023: Allen receives another dose of psychotropic medication.
End of June 2023: Allen’s mental health improving.
October 2023: Allen begins proclaiming his innocence.
“Libby asked if Abby could stay the night at hers, so I dropped them there for a sleepover.
“The next day – Monday – I talked to Abby on the phone in between my shifts. The girls had a school holiday and she asked if she could stay until dinnertime. I told her I’d pick her up around 8pm when I finished work.”
They were dropped off near the abandoned Monon High Bridge by Libby’s sister Kelsi and her father Derrick planned to pick them up later at 3.15pm.
The girls knew the area and took their phones and Libby posted on Snapchat at 2.07pm.
Derrick called Libby’s phone just before he arrived at the predetermined pick-up point but there was no answer.
Investigators found the girls’ bodies the next day, February 14.
Anna at the time said: “I don’t remember much after that for the next day or so. My life just fell apart.”
