Brutal moment Antoine Griezmann ‘ends Jude Bellingham’s career’ with five seconds of pure genius

ATLETICO MADRID star Antoine Griezmann went viral after two stunning dribbles on Real Madrid and England superstar Jude Bellingham in the Champions League.

The Madrid rivals faced off on Wednesday in the second leg of their Last-16 encounter at the Metropolitano Stadium with Griezmann and Bellingham starting for each side.

And the France international left fans in awe with five seconds of absolute genius against the star midfielder.

First, the playmaker unloaded the ball immediately before the ex-Birmingham star came for him with a sliding challenge down the attacking third.

Griezmann got the ball back on the right flank and the England international returned for more.

And that was when the Atletico star appeared to have nutmegged Bellingham.

Griezmann left fans absolutely stunned as they stormed social media.

One fan tweeted: “Griezmann just ended Bellingham‘s career.”

Another commented: “Griezmann just bodied Bellingham.”

A third asked: “Griezmann what did you just do to Bellingham?”

This fan said: “Griezmann pocketing Bellingham.”

And that one stated: “What has Griezman just done to Bellingham?”

Bellingham, though, had the last laugh despite Atletico tying the aggregate with a 1-0 victory thanks to Conor Gallagher‘s opener in the first few seconds after a 2-1 loss last week at Santiago Bernabeu.

Real won 4-2 on penalties with the ex-Borussia Dortmund star scoring from the spot, while Griezmann came off in the dying minutes of the second half as he was replaced by Alexander Sorloth.

M6 is SHUT as ‘all emergency services’ scrambled to lorry crash sparking rush-hour chaos for thousands of drivers

THE M6 has been closed off as “all emergency services” race to a lorry crash – sparking rush hour chaos.

Thousands of commuters are affected by the collision after the vital motorway shut on the southbound stretch through Staffordshire.

This morning, diversions have been put in place with motorists warned of long delays in the area.

A spokesperson for National Highways said: “The M6 in Staffordshire is closed southbound between Junction 14 (near Stafford) and Junction 13 (Dunston) due to a collision involving a lorry which has left the carriageway.

“All emergency services including Staffordshire Police are attending the scene.

“National Highways Traffic Officers are also on scene assisting with traffic management.”

On X this morning, the traffic management agency announced that Lane 1 and 2 remained closed between J14 and J13 for “recovery of a lorry involved.”

It warned there would be delays of 20 minutes on the road used by 120,000 a day, and thanked motorists for their patience.

A live map from National Highways showed at 5am this morning traffic had come to a complete halt before the closure.

Diversion route

National Highways released an alternate route to drivers impacted by the closure:

  • Exit the M6 southbound at J14 and take the exit to the A34 eastbound
  • Continue on the A34 until the roundabout with the A513 Turn right and continue on the A34 southbound into Stafford.
  • Continue on the A34 around the town of Stafford until the Queensway island with the A449
  • Join the A449 and continue southbound to then re-join the M6 at J13

The electric G-wagon is four cars in one that’s worth the price tag – and it’s got a cool party trick that’s TikTok gold

AT first glance, the electric G is expensive.

But it’s not, really.

2025 G580 EV
The Mercedes G 580 costs £155k and is beyond brilliant

Not when you do the man maths.

You’d pay £40k for a sports car in the summer.

Another £40k for a proper off-roader in the winter.

Another £40k for a lush family motor.

Then another £40k for an EV, so you don’t have to cut down the Ulez cameras on your way into town.

Total: £160k.

The G is all of those things in one and it costs £155k.

So you’re five grand up.

Plus, it’s got a cool party trick that’s TikTok gold.

It can do 360-DEGREE SPINS on the spot, like an excited puppy chasing its tail.

When you’ve finished reading this, jump on thesun.co.uk/motors and watch us go berserk in a muddy quarry in McScotland.

Because the OG is OMFG.

Like, beyond brilliant.

Unbreakable. Untouchable. Unmistakable.

And an unbelievable amount of fun. Like a regular G-Wagen, the electric G has a ladder-frame chassis with low-range, off-road gearing and trick suspension.

Underbelly protection shrugs off rocks, water and dirt.

Its four individually-controlled e-motors, one near each wheel, thump out a hilarious 587hp and 1,164Nm on torques.

Press the right button and the three-speed intelligent off-road crawl function will drag you through ditches and ravines and goodness know what.

All you need to do is steer.

Fits like a tailored suit

Then go back and do it again.

Back on the Tarmac, all that power makes this three-tonne tank as quick as a Porsche Cayman off the line, catapulting from 0-62mph in just 4.7 seconds.

There’s your sports car.

It corners tidily too. Batteries aren’t light. So the body is well tied-down, neither rolling on corners or floating when the road crests and dips.

Town driving is easy and relaxed. Super light steering. All-round cameras help you to park like a pro.

Four brilliant cars in one. Total bargain

Aside from the modern headlights, the electric G has the same boxy silhouette as the original G from 46 years ago.

We like that.

The doors still need slamming shut. Like the hatch on a Challenger 2.

We like that even more.

As with all Mercs, the cabin is beautifully appointed — and fits you like a tailored suit. Side bolsters in the seat keep you upright, inflating the left side when turning right and vice versa. Twisty B-road = free massage, minus the smell of eucalyptus oil.

Big squishy knee pads and elbow rests also please.

That IMAX-screen carries loads of tech including an augmented-reality sat nav, which flashes up blue directional arrows like a computer game.

The Burmester 3D surround-sound system is top-notch. But you’ll switch off the fake “G-ROAR” V8 exhaust note after a day or two and stick to Spotify.

To sum up, then.

The electric G. Four brilliant cars in one. Total bargain.
