GettyThe Culture Club frontman has been hit with £1.8million worth of fresh business debt[/caption]
I’m A Celeb alum Boy George already owes £11.3million by Mispocha TouringRex
Despite a secret plan to turn his fortunes around, we can share how liquidators are now reporting £1.8 million worth of fresh business debt for the Karma Chameleon vocalist.
Run-up at live music firm Other Places Drama, the debts come on top of the £11.3million owed by Mispocha Touring which has also gone bust.
A Progress Report for Other Places Drama has revealed the bulk of debt – some £1.75million – as being owed to Jonathan Moss.
The former Culture Club drummer successfully sued the group at the High Court after being expelled by the band.
The document filed at Companies House has now reported three other debtors.
In addition to Moss, Canada Revenue Service is reported as being owned £40,312, New Bond Street Registrars £373 and SRLV Accountants £3,172.
A corrupted copy of the firm’s QuickBooks Desktop File reported by liquidators Azets is said to be hampering their investigations.
Liquidators have reported they are not “able to draw a conclusion yet as to the likelihood of a distribution becoming available to unsecured creditors at this time.”
Other Places Drama was incorporated at Companies House in 2018, with its principal activity reported as worldwide touring/live music performances (excluding the US).
I’m A Celeb alum Boy George ran the firm with business advisor Siobhan Fitzpatrick.
It was wound up by the official receiver in June 2023.
Its liquidation beginning at the same time as Mispocha Touring. Mispocha’s debts included £9.7 million owed to Live Nation, £38,865 in taxes and £2.4 million to MEP Capital Holdings.
NEXT STEPS
Despite is cash woes, Boy George is continuing to graft hard across the performing scene.
As well as working on new music and doing a stint on Broadway, we can reveal he is secretly working on a new version of his hit musical Taboo.
While insiders said plans were in the very early stages, George’s hope is that the show will return to London’s West End later this year.
The production, which tells the story of George’s life before he found fame, first opened back in 2002 before going on a nationwide tour.
A source said: “It’s currently at the talks stage being worked on behind the scenes but George is really excited about the possibility of Taboo returning to the West End.
“George is also set to release a new physical only album in the coming months as well as his broadway stint in Moulin Rouge.”
Last month Boy George and Culture Club were announced as headliners for Tunes in The Park inCornwall.
The Eighties legends will join Jess Glynne and Craig David at Port Eliot Estate in St Germans between August 21 and 24.
George will also play Uptown Festival in London’s Blackheath in July.

Entitledto’s free calculator determines whether you qualify for various benefits, tax credit and Universal Credit.
MoneySavingExpert.com and charity StepChange both have benefits tools powered by Entitledto’s data.
You can use Policy in Practice’s calculator to determine which benefits you could receive and how much cash you’ll have left over each month after paying for housing costs.
Your exact entitlement will only be clear when you make a claim, but calculators can indicate what you might be eligible for.
What benefits won’t rise next year?
Benefit cap
The benefit cap is the total amount of benefits a household can receive, and it applies to most people aged between 16 and state pension age.
In Greater London, for couples (with or without children) or single people with a child of qualifying age, the cap is £25,323 a year. For single adult households without children, it’s £16,967.
Outside of London, the limits are £22,020 and £14,753, respectively.
Capital limits
Capital limits restrict the amount of savings you can have before you stop getting certain benefits.
The lower limit remains at £6,000, meaning that any savings you have below that will be disregarded for benefits calculations.
The upper limit is usually £16,000 and will not be changing, meaning that if you have any savings over that, you won’t receive any benefits at all.
If you have between £6,000 and £16,000, you’ll typically get a reduced amount, according to each benefit’s taper rules.
Bereavement support payments
Bereavement support payments give financial support to people following the death of a partner for a set period of time.
The most you can get is a one off payment of £3,500 and 18 monthly payments of £350 – this is called the “higher rate” and applies to those who had a child and claimed child benefit, or were pregnant.
The lower rate for those without children is a one-off payment of £2,500 and 18 monthly payments of £100.
These rates won’t rise in line with inflationnext spring.
High income child benefit charge
While child benefit payments are expected to increase next year, the penalty imposed on high-income earners won’t change.
If you or a partner has an income of over £60,000 then you may be liable to pay the high income child benefit charge.
If this is the case, you will have to pay back some or all of the child benefit you receive.
You are required to pay back 1% of your child’s benefit for every £200 earned over £60,000.
You’re not entitled to any child benefit if you earn over £80,000.
Local housing allowance
The allowance sets the maximum amount people renting from a private landlord can claim in housing benefit or Universal Credit.
In April, rates increased to cover the cheapest 30% of local market rents in the 12 months before September 2023 after being frozen since 2020.
However, in a written statement yesterday, Liz Kendall, Secretary of State for Work and Pensions, said: “Local housing allowance rates for 2025/26 will be maintained at the 2024/25 levels, following their increase in April 2024.”
What is Local Housing Allowance?
LOCAL Housing Allowance (LHA) sets the maximum amount people renting from a private landlord can claim in Housing Benefit or Universal Credit.
Around 38% of England’s 4.6million renters receive some form of housing benefit.
Around 1.6million have the amount of support available capped at their local LHA rate.
The government planned to introduce LHA to the social housing sector from April 2019, but the proposals were abandoned in 2017.
LHA rates are usually set on April 1 each year for the following 12 months, but the current rate has been frozen since 2024.
And rents have increased significantly since then.
LHA rates are determined based on:
The area in which you live, known as the Broad Rental Market Area (BRMA).
The number of bedrooms you are entitled to according to your household size and composition.
To qualify for LHA, you must:
Be renting from a private landlord.
Have a low income or be claiming other benefits.
Meet the residency criteria.
LHA rates are reviewed annually, so the amount you receive may change.
If your rent is higher than the LHA rate, you will need to cover the difference yourself.
It is crucial to report any changes in your circumstances to ensure you receive the correct amount.

HEIDI Klum has made a candid confession about her boobs that other women in their 50s are sure to relate to.
Not only this, but Heidi also admitted that she has chin hair that’s ‘hanging on for dear life’.
GettyHeidi Klum has made a candid confession on ageing that many women in their 50s will love[/caption]
Instagram/heidiklumNot only was the model honest about her boobs, but she also opened up on dealing with stubborn chin hair too[/caption]
GettyShe claimed that she has “hairs growing out of various places”[/caption]
IntimissimiShe also has a single hair the size of a “whole tree trunk” growing from her chin[/caption]
In an interview just before the Baftas, the 51-year-old got real on ageing.
Whilst the German-American model, who recently shared her raciest confessions on The Skinny Confidential Him & Her Podcast, always looks fabulous on the red carpet, she was keen to share a slice of reality, as she recognised that she has grown chin and boob hair.
“All of a sudden you have hairs growing out of various places.”
Not only this, but the television host, producer and businesswoman got real on her very stubborn, single chin hair, which she claimed “is hard” and “hanging on for dear life.”
She continued: “If I come with a tweezer, when I pull it out, it’s a whole tree trunk!”
Not only this, but where her boob hair is concerned, the star, who has four children and is married to singer Tom Kaulitz, who is 16 years her junior, confessed: “I would say it’s as long as my pinky finger.”
But this isn’t the first time Heidi, who was the first German model to become a Victoria’s Secret Angel, has made a candid confession.
The star, who has a whopping 12 million followers on Instagram, said: “I get the mini skirt question all the time – so how long are you going to wear mini skirts?
“I’ve said many times, I probably will be walking around at 70, if I feel like it, in a mini skirt if I wanna show my legs.
It’s strange what happens with age. All of a sudden you have hairs growing out of various places
Heidi Klum
“I see all my flaws, this is it. That’s how life is. You climb, you get older, and it goes down the hill again with our looks and not being plump any more and this, that and the other.
“But at the end of the day, I still look in the mirror and feel good about myself. I still have the passion for shopping for fun things, doing my hair, doing my make-up.
“I still have the fire in me. I still love fun things and I’m still running around the beach with my boobs hanging out and I don’t really care.
“Do they look how they look how they looked before they had kids and they sucked the living daylights out of them? They’re different now and yes, thanks for pointing it out, it’s true they’re different. I had four kids and I breastfed them.”
Everything we know about Heidi Klum
Career Highlights:
Modelling: Rose to fame in the late 1990s, becoming the first German model to become a Victoria’s Secret Angel.
Television: Host and judge of “Germany’s Next Topmodel” and “Project Runway,” earning her an Emmy Award for the latter.
Acting: Has appeared in various films and TV shows, including “Sex and the City,” “The Devil Wears Prada,” and “Desperate Housewives.”
Business Ventures: Launched her own lingerie line, “Heidi Klum Intimates,” and has collaborated on various fashion and beauty products.
Personal Life:
Marriages: Was married to stylist Ric Pipino (1997-2002), singer Seal (2005-2014), and musician Tom Kaulitz (2019-present).
Children: Four children – Leni, Henry, Johan, and Lou.
Nationality: Became a naturalised American citizen in 2008 but retains her German citizenship.
But Heidi acknowledged that she won’t listen to negative comments people make about her and her age, as she added: “If [people] think that, so be it, I don’t care.
“I feel very strong with myself, even though people say things, it doesn’t really get to me.
“I look at myself and yes, my legs do not look like your legs, in your twenties, but I still feel ok with my legs and therefore I go with it.
“As long as I feel it, I don’t really care what people think or say to me, I really don’t.”

Heidi also explained how her body has changed throughout the years, as she added: “I’ve had four kids, I’ve been pregnant and once you’ve had your baby, it’s not like your stomach is flat, you deflate a bit, everything is still a bit pudgy, and I had that four times.”
And despite being a mum to four, Heidi shared that you’ll still find her out partying and having fun, as she beamed: “Sometimes I will be in the club and I might be the oldest person there, but I really don’t care.
“We all have one thing that happens, we all die. So why listen to all this negative noise?
“Surround yourself with people that are great, that are positive.

4 weeks agoNew York StateComments Off on I’m a trichologist – there’s a common mistake people think will stop hair loss but does way more harm than good
IT’S still one of the most popular hairstyles around – and often comes in handy between wash days.
But in order to get a properly slicked back bun, product has to be used to smooth the hair down.
Trichologist and hair expert Rachel Valentine has explained why you should never use a hair mask to slick back the locks for a tight buntiktok/@rachelvalentinehairShe said it will just sit on the scalp and cause buildup, and suggested using a gel or hairspray insteadtiktok/@rachelvalentinehair
And instead of using something traditional like gel, more and more women are popping masks in their hair.
However, hair expert Rachel has insisted doing so doesn’t make the style any healthier for your locks.
“Using a hair mask that is not designed to sit on your scalp all day is not healthy because it’s going to clog the follicles, it’s going to cause build up,” she explained in a video on her TikTok page.
“If you have scalp issues anyway, like dandruff or psoriasis, this is going to be a recipe for disaster.”
4 weeks agoNew York StateComments Off on Tesco refused to sell me scratchcards over ‘child chosen’ policy – it’s stupid, but people say it’s been around for ages
A MUM was left fuming after Tesco refused to sell her a scratch card due to their “child chosen” policy.
Chelsey explained that she’d been in the supermarket with her other half and their three-year-old son when she decided to grab two scratchers.
Chelsey was left baffled when she was told she couldn’t be sold a scratchcard because her three-year-old son had chosen which ones to gettiktok@chelseyjosephine96AlamyAll her son had done was pick the two sections to take the scratchers from[/caption]
She then gave her son the job of picking the two scratchcards, telling him to “pick two numbers”.
He happily did so, at which point the Tesco employee said: “We can’t serve you with those scratch cards now.
“We’ve got a new policy called child chosen.”
Chelsey was left bemused and asked for a further explanation, at which point the Tesco worker said: “Because your child has chosen two numbers, we can’t serve you with them.”
She pointed out that her son was three and had just picked two random numbers, but the employee wasn’t budging.
While she wasn’t going to argue with the worker, acknowledging that “she’s not made up this stupid rule”, she added: “I just thought, that’s so weird. Like a policy in Tesco called child chosen?
“I just think it’s really stupid, to be honest.”
So in the end, they had to leave the supermarket without the two scratchcards.
Chelsey concluded her TikTok video by asking people what they think of the policy, to which she was inundated with responses from those insisting it’s nothing new – in any supermarket.
“I worked for Morrisons,” one wrote.
“There was a child with his mum and obviously I knew his mum was paying for the item but because he scanned it I couldn’t authorise the sale.
“Staff member was right I’m afraid.”
“If you get him to pick the numbers in earshot or view of a member of staff, it’s classed as a proxy sale,” another added.
“The staff member is legally correct.”
“It’s not new. It’s a proxy sale and we could get done for it no matter how silly it is,” a third wrote.
“Always been a thing.”
What rules is the 'child chosen' policy based on?
THE Gambling Act 2005 states that:
“The minimum age for participation in a lottery is 16 years of age.
“A person commits an offence if they invite or allow a child to enter a lottery other than certain classes of exempt lottery (ie: incidental non-commercial lotteries, private lotteries, work lotteries and residents’ lotteries).”
In relation to scratchcards, the National Lottery prohibits “anyone under the age of 18, whether that person is buying it for themselves or anyone else”.
“This happened to me,” someone else said.
“I wanted a Red Bull, I asked my daughter to get it out the fridge while I was in the queue, the cashier told me because my daughter brought it to the till she couldn’t serve me.”
“I work in a shop that sells scratchcards and even I think it’s weird but we have to refuse,” another wrote.
“Because the person behind you could be an enforcement officer and it would be me that gets the £10000 fine!”
However, others insisted they didn’t see the point of the child chosen policy – whether it is new or not.
“I don’t get it,” one wrote.
“Clearly the child isn’t paying for the ticket.
“It’s just another way to control us in my opinion.”
“Jesus something that’s a little but of fun for them, taken away…i didn’t know this was a thing!!” another raged.
“People need to chill out, you said in the video that it’s nothing to do with the staff member but more about the policy itself,” a third added.
To which Chelsey replied: “Literally though! I should of just asked my child to count 5.
“People must think I’m forcing my child into gambling at 3!”
AlamyWhile the policy was enforced in Tesco, it’s understood to apply in all shops and supermarkets[/caption]

APSalah equalled Manchester United legend Ronaldo’s 37 goal contributions in a single season[/caption]
However, the star winger’s contract is coming to an end in June and the Merseysiders are rigorously trying to hold on to him, but terms have yet to be agreed.
The Egypt international is currently making a reported £350,000 per week at Anfield and demands improved terms from the club’s hierarchy.
And Liverpool chiefs may have no other choice but to adhere to Salah’s demands as his stock keeps rising despite his advanced age.
The Egyptian star has equalled Manchester United legend Ronaldo’s best Premier League season for goals and assists.
The five-time Ballon d’Or winner enjoyed his most prolific campaign in the English top flight back in the 2007-08 season.
That was when he won his first Ballon d’Or award, a year before moving to Real Madrid.
CR7 amassed a whopping total of 31 goals and six assists in 34 appearances.
That is a grand total of 37 goal contributions in the English top flight.
