Mass of fuming Tottenham fans flood streets and chant ‘we want Levy out’ in biggest protest against club’s ownership
FUMING Tottenham supporters took to the streets chanting “we want Levy out” in a protest against the club’s ownership.
Fed-up fans launched the biggest backlash of Levy’s reign just hours ahead of Spurs’ crunch clash against Manchester United this afternoon.

The demo was organised by season-ticket holders under the name ‘Change for Tottenham’.
And thousands of irate supporters took to the street outside the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium in the biggest protest of Levy’s 24-year reign.
Exclusive footage captured by SunSport showed fans singing songs and chanting “we want Levy out” while players prepared to take on Ruben Amorim’s Red Devils.
They then marched around the concourse outside the ground as numerous banners were held aloft.
One sign read: “Profits before glory. Enough is enough. ENIC out, Levy out.”
Another said: “Our game is about glory. Levy’s game is about greed.”
One sign declared: “24 years, 16 managers, 1 trophy. Time for change.”
Another added: “We want our club back. Levy out.”
The protestors hope that the pressure forces majority owners ENIC to sell up while also forcing chairman Levy out.
But there could yet be more demonstrations later today despite one supporter spotted waving a ‘Levy In’ banner.

After the match against United, the same group of fans plan on staging a sit-in in the South Stand.
Asked if the anti-Levy feeling is the worst it has ever been, Change for Tottenham’s Jamie Coughlan said: “By far. We’ve had the promises broken every single time.
“It’s by far the most vigilant fans have been on the way the club acts.
“If you look at 2019, we were battling to win a Champions League final.
“Fast forward five years and realistically we’re in a relegation fight.”
Spurs currently sit 15th ahead of their clash with United, with the visitors two points ahead in 14th.
The Londoners have not won a trophy since 2008’s League Cup.
And their wages-to-turnover ratio is the lowest in the league at 42 per cent — despite being the ninth-richest club in the world.
Change for Tottenham hope that by fans showing their discontent for Levy and ENIC, an interested party could be tempted to come forward and buy the £4billion-valued side.
Coughlan added: “It will show that the fans are unhappy with the ownership which could then force somebody into saying, ‘Do you know what, I’m going to try, I’m going to test the waters and see if Tottenham would be interested in selling’.”

5 ways to keep your house warm in winter
Property expert Joshua Houston shared his tips.
1. Curtains
“Windows are a common place for the outside cold to get into your home, this is because of small gaps that can let in air so always close your curtains as soon as it gets dark,” he said.
This simple method gives you an extra layer of warmth as it can provide a kind of “insulation” between your window and curtain.
2. Rugs
“Your floor is another area of your home where heat can be lost and can make your home feel chilly,” he continued. “You might notice on cold days, that your floor is not nice to walk on due to it freezing your feet.
“Add rugs to areas that don’t already have a carpet, this provides a layer of insulation between your bare floor and the room above.”
3. Check your insulation
Check your pipes, loft space, crawlspaces and underneath floorboards.
“Loose-fill insulation is very good for this, and is a more affordable type of insulation, with a big bag being able to be picked up for around £30,” Joshua explained.
4. Keep your internal doors closed
“Household members often gather in one room in the evening, and this is usually either the kitchen or living room,” Joshua said.
“This means you only have to heat a small area of your home, and closing the doors keeps the heat in and the cold out.”
5. Block drafts
Don’t forget to check cat flaps, chimneys and letterboxes, as they can let in cold air if they aren’t secure.
Alongside the cheap buy, which has been reduced from £16 to just £2.20, Chelsea beamed: “These were in the reduced section however there was more on the bedding aisle!!”
The electric blankets, which have been slashed by £13.80, are suitable for single beds and will ensure you stay warm and cosy during colder nights.
They are made from snuggly fleece material and are super soft to touch.
But they are also durable, providing added comfort to your mattress.
It’s a godsend when you’re old, nice and cosy and keeping warm in bed

They have three heat settings so that you can adjust to a temperature that is just right for you.
And if that wasn’t enough, these heated blankets also feature overheat protection for total peace of mind.
The chain praised the electric blanket as ‘an energy efficient and affordable way to stay warm for less’.
According to Asda, pre-heating your bed for one hour on a low heat setting costs as little as 1p, so you can afford to cosy up night after night.
Bargain hunters beam
Facebook users were left beaming with the affordable sale find and many eagerly flocked to the comments to express this.

As well as this, another Asda shopper shared: “Wondered why I just saw a woman with about 10 of these at the till.”

Gogglebox stars Dave and Shirley reveal show they REFUSE to watch saying there’s ‘no need for it’
GOGGLEBOX legends Dave and Shirley have revealed that there is one show they refuse to watch, saying there’s ‘no need for it.’
The pair are one of the most popular couples on the Bafta award-winning TV show.

Based in Caerphilly, Wales, the TV stars, both in their 60s, joined the Channel 4 show in 2015.
Known for their dry wit and a similar sarcastic sense of humour, the couple soon became a fan favourite.
And, as is the premise of Gogglebox, they sit down to watch various TV shows and provide commentary on them.
But asked at this year’s TV Choice Awards whether there’s a show they’ll refuse to watch, Shirley was quick to answer, saying: “Naked Attraction.”
Shirley went on: “I watch it, but when you think of it, the first time you see someone is with no clothes on. There’s no need.”
Naked Attraction, hosted by Anna Richardson, has been shocking audiences since 2016 with its risqué concept.
Contestants in the lineup reportedly have to remain nude for the majority of the 12-hour filming process
Dave then joked that Shirley will be there hiding her eyes from the screen, while he’s doing the opposite.
While chatting to The Sun at the awards, Dave and Shirley also praised the younger stars of Gogglebox, for their success in the showbiz industry.
They said: “It’s really lovely to see them all doing well. We’ve just chatted to Joe Baggs down there who’s interviewing for Lorraine.”
Reality TV stars Dave and Shirley have been leaving fans in stitches for years since they made their show debut in 2015 but have never been joined by any of their other family members like some of their co-stars.
Apart from their pet pooch, Dave and Shirley have opted to keep their relatives away from the Channel 4 spotlight.
It led their almost 200,000 Instagram followers to go into a frenzy when they spotted a rare photo of their son, Simon.
Dave and Shirley left their fans hot under the collar thanks to the cheeky shirtless snap last year, with many quick to jump on how ‘hot’ their son was.
Heavily tattooed Simon posed for the camera as he donned nothing other than a pair of yellow shorts and a baseball cap as he flashed the flesh in the picture.
Commenting on his impressive body, Dave appeared to jokingly caption the snap: “Just like his farther ripped # gogglebox #dubai.”
Taking their chance, many of their fans were left pondering if handsome Simon was single and looking to date.
One fan said: “Is he single lol.”
Another excitedly shared: “Wow! ! ! He’s proper fit!”
“He’s hot,” decalred a third as a fourth added a slew of love-heart-eyed emoji’s before quipping: “Oh hello.”

Inside Stacey Solomon’s huge family – including six ‘secret’ siblings as she plans trip to visit brother in Switzerland
STACEY Solomon is set to visit her brother on a stunning ski trip holiday – yet The X Factor alum has a handful of “secret” siblings that often go under the radar.
While the mum of five, 35, often showcases elder sister Jemma, dubbed The Label Lady, on her social media – she has a wider family who prefer a quiet life.

These include brothers Matthew, who created a tattoo for the star but is rarely seen on social media, and half-brother Josh, 18.
In a recent Instagram video, Stacey filmed in her Barbie pink laundry room as she tackled her household chores.
She told her followers: “I’m starting to pack up our cases to see my brother in Switzerland.
“And while we are there we are going to ski, because obviously there is snow there.
“And this is the ski suit my husband has chosen to take with him – this,” before pointing out a brightly-coloured ski suit lying on the floor.
As well as her brothers, she has eldest sister Samantha Stone, who works as a PT.
She previously stunned fans as she shared a snap of the pair working out together.
It came ahead of middle sister Jemma’s telly debut on ITV daytime series, This Morning.
The Sort Your Life Out host also has another step-brother that opts to keep their life private.
Speaking to her Instagram followers previously – after she told how she was waiting for Samantha at Stansted Airport – she said: “Loads of you have been asking ‘oh my God, I didn’t realise you had another sister, where have you been hiding her?’
“She is actually my step sister but I never call her that. We grew up together.
“Altogether there’s seven of us – one step sister, two step brothers, my brother and sister, and then I have a half-brother.
“I would never call them my steps – that feels weird.
“We grew up brothers and sisters.
