Child stars with famous pop star dad are all smiles in TV appearance on Channel 5 – but do you know who they are?

SOME adorable child stars with a famous pop star dad were all smiles in a TV appearance on Channel 5 recently.

Fans commented to say how much they looked like their famous dad[/caption]

In the clip, the little girl, who is named Chiara, and little boy, Ace, 10 were seen talking to the camera as well as telling viewers what they’d be cooking.

Chiara, six, looked so sweet with her hair up in bunches and a little pink jacket on, and her older brother also looked very smart for the role, in a checked brown shirt and trousers.

Fans commented to say how much they looked like their famous dad – who is none other than JB Gill.

JLS star JB Gill was announcing the second series of his cooking with The Gills show, which he does with his two adorable tots, and wife Chloe.

He wrote: “BTS.  Cooking with The Gills Series 2! We hope you loved it! 🥰
Make sure you tune in tomorrow same time for ep. 2

“Massive thankyou to the whole team for an amazing new series.”

JB is a singer, dance and TV presenter, best known for being in boyband JLS.

JLS formed in 2006, but shot to fame in 2008 when they auditioned for The X Factor.

They went all the way to the final in the competition, with Louis Walsh as their judge, but they narrowly lost out to the series winner, Alexandra Burke.

He also appeared on Strictly Come Dancing in 2024 and wowed judges and audience members alike.

JB’s new clip of his show was accompanied by bright and breezy music and saw Ace introducing it – and showing off his presenting skills.

The famous family got the cooking underway in a DIY kitchen, and Chiara told the cameras: “This is our kitchen café.”

They were seen looking through scripts, as well as getting their hair done before filming kicked off.

Ace said: “That’s my dad JB, my sister Chiara, and my mum Chloe,” and he cheekily added: “Sometimes she annoys me though.”

Fans were delighted about the second series, as one person wrote: “This is too cute! You must be so proud of your family.”

A second added: “Ace was brilliant bless him i wasn’t up at that time on a Saturday so it’s on record.”

And a third said: “Omg Ace at the end😂. Absolutely love this so much congratulations on series 2 I love how much the kids love it.”

JB will be on screens for another show too, as it was recently revealed that he’s signed up for Celebrity Apprentice.

Due to air later this year, it’s going to feature a gaggle of famous faces taking part in the special as part of the show’s 20th anniversary.

A TV insider said: “JB certainly isn’t afraid of a challenge, in fact he relishes one.

“And that was pretty obvious from his barnstorming performances on Strictly.

“But at least he had a background in dancing and performing in front of big audiences thanks to being a member of a huge boyband.

“He doesn’t have quite the same level of experience when it comes to running a business, but that only makes for more entertaining viewing, which is the whole point of this show.”

Coleen Rooney lands £10million deal with Disney+ for reality show with Wayne and the kids after bidding war

COLEEN Rooney has landed a £10million deal with Disney+ for a brand new reality show with husband Wayne and the kids.

It comes after after a major bidding war took place with streaming giants Disney+ and Amazon to secure the series on their platform.

Coleen’s new legion of fans from her I’m A Celebrity stint has driven her popularity up[/caption]

But Disney+ has triumphed and Coleen will cash in with the seven figure fee.

Coleen, 39, is following in Victoria and David Beckham‘s footsteps with a similar fly-on-the-wall series at her £20m Cheshire mansion.

“It has taken months of bidding against one another. The money has gone up and up and has got to £10 million, which is way higher than was first imagined, but Coleen is very much in demand,” an insider told the Mail.

“Both streamers were aware of the viewing public’s appetite for the inside track on footballers’ home lives.”

Coleen’s new legion of fans from her I’m A Celebrity stint last year has driven her popularity up and the interest around her private family life with Wayne and their four sons – four sons – Kai, 14, Kit, 11, Klay, eight, and Cass, six.

They added: “It wasn’t surprising that Disney and Amazon wanted it and went head to head. It might be expensive, but the view is that it will be worth every penny.”

The publication reported that Coleen will be paid £5m with the remainer going to her production company Lorton Entertainment – which produced her three-part series, The Real Wagatha Story.

It comes after former football ace David Beckham and Spice Girl Victoria signed a £16million deal with Netflix for their fly-on-the-wall series, The Beckhams.

Their four-part series Beckham amassed 3.8million views in the UK alone in its launch week last October.

The Beckhams was the only documentary to make the global top ten of Netflix films and series from July to December 2023.

Since Coleen’s jungle exit, the WAG has been cashing in.

In December, The Sun revealed Coleen has signed her first big-money deal after her secret jungle beauty secret was revealed.

Insiders say that the WAGs glowing skin and luscious locks during her stint on I’m A Celebrity was no accident.

Before her jungle adventure, Coleen signed a mega-bucks deal with wellness powerhouse Applied Nutrition, a leading brand in health supplements.

Sources revealed she took her brand-new partnership with Applied Nutrition to the next level by sneaking in the brand’s hair, skin & nails capsules into the jungle.

A source said: “Coleen was definitely taking the hair, skin & nails collagen capsules every day in the jungle. She was always glowing, even after weeks of gruelling trials, and there was serious buzz on social media about how great she looked.

“People are saying it’s because of the Applied Nutrition products she was sneaking in and it’s caused a massive surge in interest for them.”

Crufts host Clare Balding suffers on air blunder as excitable dog steals the show during live Channel 4 coverage

CRUFTS host Clare Balding was playfully pinned down onto the sofa by an excitable dog as she presented live on Channel 4.

Reuben enjoyed his 15 minutes of fame[/caption]

Clare was in the Crufts studio with Reuben the cockerspaniel when she was outshone while doing a piece to camera.

“Good evening and welcome to Crufts,” said Clare,

“We’re here at the NEC in Birmingham and this is Reuben…”

She was then thrown back onto the sofa as Reuben licked her face.

Clare attempted to carry on the monologue – explaining english cocker spaniels are the most successful breed at Crufts, winning best in show seven times.

“Reuben, are you excited to be on the telly?,” laughed Clare.

“Would you like to see what’s coming up? Here we go..”

Crufts is on its last of four days – with more than 20,000 pampered pooches arriving from all over the world for the prestigious competition.

Best in Show winners receive a replica of the solid silver Keddall Memorial Trophy (named after Robert Keddall, show manager for 30 years).

They also reportedly take home a modest cash prize of £100 – but are expected to land way more in sponsorship deals and stud fees into the thousands.

ITV commentator Sam Matterface forced to apologise twice live on air during Portsmouth vs Leeds

SAM MATTERFACE had to apologise to viewers TWICE during ITV’s live coverage of Portsmouth against Leeds.

Tensions were high as Colby Bishop sunk the Championship leaders.

Colby Bishop celebrates a winner that put Portsmouth 17th[/caption]

The striker’s neat finish ended Leeds‘ 17-game unbeaten run.

And defeat left Daniel Farke’s men above Sheffield United only on goal difference.

Burnley are just another two points adrift in a tight battle for the two automatic promotion spots.

But on a couple of occasions commentator Matterface had to say sorry to armchair observers amid a frenetic clash.

Both times it was due to swearing from the Fratton Park crowd.

TV viewers could clearly make out the foul language.

And despite Portsmouth‘s joy over their match-winner, the words were certainly unsuitable for a Bishop to hear…

Having already apologised once, Matterface did it again in stoppage time.

He intervened after Portsmouth midfielder Freddie Potts was booked.

The unflattering, X-rated verdict of fans following that decision boomed out from the stands.

Matterface responded by handing out some ref justice of his own.

He said: “It’s a yellow card for him (Potts) and we are going to have to give a yellow card to the crowd that keep swearing, I am afraid.

“Because once again it seems the industrial language has crept out onto our broadcast and again we apologise if any offence has been taken.

“It is one of those games, though, where it is getting the better of you.”

Pompey keeper Nicolas Schmid produced vital saves to thwart Leeds – either side of Bishop lifting the only goal on 61 minutes.

Beaten Whites’ boss Farke said: “I was fully aware this would be one of the toughest if not the toughest game in our run-in.

“They are in red hot form at home and we expected how they played – physical, direct and aggressive.

“We coped with many situations really well but we have created so many good chances in this game and you just have to put them to bed.”

And with his team rising to 17th, Portsmouth manager John Mousinho said: “We were superb, for the goal, the performance, it was all excellent.

“I’m thrilled we got the three points because that will give us so much confidence going forward.”

BARRY Keoghan has hinted that he has reunited with girlfriend Sabrina Carpenter.

He dropped a major clue as he attended Paris Fashion Week alongside stars like Jared Leto.

This could be a homage to his ex-girlfriend Sabrina Carpenter[/caption]

Barry, 32, was pictured at the Valentino ‘Le meta-theatre des intimites’ show over the weekend.

He looked casual as he donned blue denim jeans with a complimentary blue bomber jacket and a light shirt.

However, it was his accessory choice that has set tongues wagging among the fans of the actor and the smash-hit singer.

As he sat down on the front row, he was also seen to be sporting a huge heart shaped brooch on the jacket.

Many think this could be an homage to Sabrina, 25, who often incorporates a similar shape into her outfits and performances.

A number of her skimpy dresses have featured prominent heart-shaped cut-outs.

Her stage performances — including her controversial sexy number at the BRITs — have featured a notable heart-shaped headboard as part of the central boudoir set.

The American songstress and the Saltburn actor briefly dated before splitting in January 2025.

A source told People: “They are both young and career-focused, so they’ve decided to take a break.”

This comes just days after Sabrina made a not-so-subtle swipe at her ex-boyfriend in his hometown.

The Espresso singer landed in Dublin to perform two sold-out nights at the 3Arena in Ireland.

Speaking to the audience, the songstress joked: “Dublin, it’s so lovely to be here. You all look and sound amazing. But my goodness, these Irish boys are hard work.”

She then belted out an unforgettable performance of her chart-topping hit, “Please, Please, Please”.

Barry previously starred in the music video for the track, which includes lyrics like: “I beg you don’t embarrass me motherf*****.”

Gary Neville reveals mistake Arsenal made for Bruno Fernandes goal vs Man Utd

MANCHESTER, ENGLAND - MARCH 9: Bruno Fernandes of Manchester United celebrates after scoring a goal to make it -0 during the Premier League match between Manchester United FC and Arsenal FC at Old Trafford on March 9, 2025 in Manchester, England. (Photo by Robbie Jay Barratt - AMA/Getty Images)

Gary Neville blamed Arsenal’s defensive wall for allowing Bruno Fernandes too big a target after the Manchester United skipper opened the scoring with a superb free-kick in Sunday’s Premier League clash.

United offered almost nothing during the opening period as an attacking threat but broke the deadlock just before the interval.

After Leandro Trossard had been booked for bringing down Alejandro Garnacho, Fernandes bent the ball over Arsenal’s wall and beyond a stranded David Raya to send the Stretford End into delerium.

Prior to the Portugal international striking the ball, Neville remarked that the wall looked too far away from the ball.

He said: ‘That wall looks a fair way back as well it’s giving him a chance it looks like it’s a mile away.’

Neville’s observation proved to be a sage one as Raya was comprehensively beaten by stunning shot from Fernandes.

‘They sing Bruno because it’s been an absolute nothing of a performance in the first half but they will go in at joy at half time,’ said Neville.

‘Can we put a measure on that because that wall looks absolutely miles away.

‘Usually you think of a wall, a big wall like that it always looks really difficult to get it up and over like that there just seemed to be so much space.

‘It didn’t even go that high up into the net. He couldn’t get across Raya but you fancied him and he delivered.’

Replays at half-time showed the wall was indeed 11.2 yards away and Neville suggested the likes of Declan Rice and William Saliba should have inched closer to create a bigger problem for Fernandes.

He said: ‘Maybe they were the correct distance away, usually they’re maybe eight yard away but it just felt like the Arsenal wall were being far too generous they weren’t even creeping forward.

‘It felt like Bruno Fernandes had plenty of space to hit it and he hit it.’

Neville’s former United teammate Roy Keane, meanwhile, agreed that both the wall and Raya should accept some of the blame but concluded Fernandes’ was one of genuine quality.

You could question the goalkeeper and the wall, but what a strike that was from Bruno Fernandes.

The power he gets on the strike to get it over the big wall, it’s caught the keeper out.

David Raya was miles away from the ball even when it went past him.
