A SUSPECT has been identified in the “homicide” of a Brit woman who was shot dead while visiting her dad in the US.
Lucy Harrison, 23, was discovered at the property in the Prosper area of Texas on January 10.

FacebookA homicide probe has been launched[/caption]
Authorities in the US confirmed she died after being shot in the chest by “another person”.
It has now emerged a suspect has been identified in the horror and that the case is being probed as a “criminally negligent homicide”.
A police report also confirmed there are five witnesses – including two children – who have also been identified, Mail Online reports.
It is understood a file has been passed to the Grand Jury, who will decide any charges need to be made.
In Texas, a conviction for criminally negligent homicide can carry jail time.
An inquest in Cheshire heard how Lucy was “on holiday in the USA when she was fatally shot with a firearm”.
An autopsy report from Chester Gwin, MD assistant county medical examiner for Collin County found she was shot in the chest by “another person”.
The report also confirmed there was noalcoholordrugsin Lucy’s system at the time
She had travelled to Texas with her boyfriend just after Christmas for a family holiday.
The couple had been planning to fly back to Manchester the day after Lucy was discovered dead.
Lucy’s mum and boyfriend previously paid tribute to the former Manchester Metropolitan University student.
They said: “Lucy was life. She lived it fiercely and fearlessly, not being afraid to feel all that life has to offer.
“Lucy unashamedly loved – she had a huge capacity to love and be loved.
“She was the embodiment of wonderful contradictions – she adored travel and being away, experiencing new places and cultures, yet at the same time, she loved nothing more than snuggling up in her pyjamas with her candles on at home.
“She could be dramatic and elaborate situations like it was the end of the world, yet she could also be straight talking and not afraid to have bold conversations.
“She was truly thriving in life and although this gives us great comfort, we are utterly heartbroken at the loss of our beautiful, gorgeous Luce.”
Lucy’s old school, Great Sankey High, also paid tribute.
They said: “We were deeply saddened to hear of the passing of Lucy Harrison, one of our former students. Lucy was a bright and dedicated student.
“She was a well-liked and valued member of our school community during her time here with us at both Great Sankey High School and Barrow Hall College (the school’s sixth form).
“She will be remembered for her hard work, dedication to her studies, and her friendly and positive presence within our college community. Our thoughts are with her family and friends at this most difficult time.”
Lucy’s funeral will be held at St Elphin’s Parish Church at 12.30pm on February 24.
Her family have asked for donations to be made to Peace & Mind UK, a Warrington charity set up by Brianna Ghey‘s mum.

DISGRACED influencer brothers Andrew and Tristan Tate requested for a stripper pole to be installed in their $3.9 million Doomsday bunker, its designer told The U.S. Sun.
The luxury lair inRomaniareportedly spans 2,400 square feet complete with 10 bedrooms and a living room and is larger than even Meta founder Mark Zuckerberg’s end-of-the-world shelter.

The Tate brothers are the latest in a long list of public figures to invest in an underground fallout shelter, including billionaires like Mark Zuckerberg, the Kardashians, and Bill Gates.
However, the controversial podcasters made a special request for the builder, Ron Hubbard.
Hubbard, the CEO of Atlas Survival Shelters, told The U.S. Sun the brothers asked for stripper poles to be installed in their luxury bunker.
The shelter is designed to keep its occupants safe in case of nuclear fallout – but the sick brothers clearly had NSFW ambitions in mind when they asked for the feature.
However, nothing surprises Hubbard anymore.
“If you can put it in a house, you can put it in a bunker,” he shrugged.
Atlas Survival Shelter is the largest bomb shelter manufacturer in the world, designing world-class luxury bunkers for elite figures.
While the poles didn’t come as a shock to Hubbard, he was impressed by the size of shelter the brothers requested.
“Their bunker’s larger than Zuckerberg’s,” Hubbard revealed.
Hubbard said the Meta CEO’s bunker in Hawaii, which he helped to design, came out at around 2,000 square feet.
His report goes against the 2023 report from Wired that Zuckerberg built a 5,000-square-foot compound that cost $100 million.
Zuckerberg himself even argued the claim in December 2024.
“That’s just like a little shelter,” he told Bloomberg’s Emily Chang on The Circuit
“Whatever you want to call it, hurricane shelter whatever.
“I think it got like, blown out of proportion as if like the whole ranch was some kind of like doomsday bunker, which is just not true.”
If you can put it in a house, you can put it in a bunker.”
Ron HubbardCEO of Atlas Survival Shelters
Hubbard said the same thing.
“In the world of bunkers, it was large, but it wasn’t as large as what people made it out to be,” Hubbard disclosed.
“Four or five bedrooms, living room, couple bathrooms.”
‘PERFECT GENTLEMEN’
While Hubbard was retained to design Zuckerberg’s bunker, he didn’t stay on to build it.
However, the survival expert created the Tate brothers’ bunker specifically for them.
He revealed that Tristan stocked his bunker, which cost nearly $4 million, with food and equipment for the end of days in a video on his YouTube channel, where he boasts over 605,000 subscribers.
Hubbard also opened up about working with the brothers in a podcast interview last year.
He shared that he had no idea who the brothers were when they called him up for the job.
“They’ve been very humble with me,” he confessed.
“I’ve seen them be nothing but perfect gentlemen with me.”
TATE ARREST TIMELINE
BY Henry Holloway
ANDREW and Tristan Tate were arrested in December 2022 and later charged with human trafficking, rape, and forming an organised crime group to sexually exploit women.
Here is a timeline of everything that’s happened since they were nicked:
DECEMBER 29, 2022: The brothers are detained in Romania for 30 days, along with two women, on suspicion of human trafficking, rape, and forming an organised crime group.
JANUARY 3, 2023: Romanian authorities seize Andrew’s luxury car collection.
JAN 8, 2023: A cryptic tweet is posted to Andrew Tate’s account which reads: “The Matrix has attacked me. But they misunderstand, you cannot kill an idea. Hard to Kill.”
JAN 10, 2023: Andrew appears in court in Bucharest to appeal his detention but the judge rules against him.
MARCH 31, 2023: The Bucharest Court of Appeal rules against a judge’s decision to extend Andrew’s incarceration for a fourth time; Andrew is placed on house arrest.
JUNE 20, 2023: The brothers are formally charged with human trafficking, rape, and forming a criminal gang to sexually exploit women.
JULY 13, 2023: The Tates launch a $5million lawsuit against a Florida woman who they say falsely accused them of imprisoning her in Romania – which led to their arrest there on human trafficking charges.
AUGUST 4, 2023: Andrew wins an appeal to be released from house arrest in Romania as he awaits trial on charges of human trafficking.
DECEMBER 11, 2023: A judge denies the Tate brothers’ appeals to have £10million worth of assets returned to them.
JANUARY 8, 2024: The Bucharest Court of Appeal overturns the decision; the brothers are to have their assets returned to them.
MARCH 12, 2024: Both brothers are arrested in Romania over allegations of sexual aggression in the UK that date back to 2012 and 2015. They deny the allegations.
MARCH 22, 2024: The brothers lost their appeal to get back £10million worth of assets seized by cops.
APRIL 26, 2024: A Romanian court rules that Andrew and Tristan will face trail over ongoing probe into rape and human trafficking.
JULY 5, 2024: Courts rule that Andrew and Tristan can leave Romania – but must stay in the EU.
While Hubbard signed an NDA with Zuckerberg, he didn’t have to sign one with the Tate brothers.
The Tate brothers even bragged about the bunker on their podcast, three months before they were detained on house arrest.
“Underneath my house, I need another house,” Tristan said on the podcast.
“So I’m building a fallout bunker with 10 bedrooms, stripper pole, living room, all the important things you need to survive the apocalypse.
“That is what I’ve ordered and it’s now under construction.”
‘WHY NOT?’
Hubbard said the brothers wanted a bunker for the same reason most of his customers do – they’d rather be safe than sorry.
“When you’ve got all the money in the world… you’re running out of things to buy,” he said on the podcast.
“I think buying a luxury bomb shelter is the next big thing on their list.
“If you can afford it, why not?”
Romania police revealed Andrew’s wealth after they seized £10million worth of assets, which is about $12,603,650, in a raid of his home in August of last year.

Andrew, 38, is a former kickboxer who has over 10 million followers on social media and is known for making controversial posts and comments online.
He and Tristan, 36, were first arrested in 2022 and charged with human trafficking, rape and forming an organized crime group to sexually exploit women.
The brothers both still face the serious allegations of rape as well as trafficking charges.
As cops continue to investigate the duo, Andrew was recently released from house arrest after being locked up for the past five months.
Just days ago, an American woman filed a countersuit against the Tate brothers in the first US case against the influencers.
She’s suing Andrew and Tristan for allegedly luring her to Romania for human trafficking and then suing her for defamation after she cooperated with cops in 2023
“Jane Doe did the right thing by telling the truth of what she saw and experienced while she was in Romania to Romanian authorities,” Jane Doe’s lawyer, Dani Pinter, said in a statement, according to Fox News Digital.
“And for that, Andrew and Tristan Tate have worked to ruin her life by suing her and her parents – an abuse of the legal system and blatant witness intimidation.”

4 weeks agoNew York StateComments Off on Ubisoft’s plan for getting out of trouble is to carry on just as it is
With the looming threat of being split up or having to sell their biggest franchises, Ubisoft’s answer to the crisis is to… make more open world and live service games.
last 20-25 minutes of a game. Prediction: Aston Villa win
Brighton v Chelsea
Chelsea have been going through a sticky patch for a while. It’s a really tough one to call. I’ll go for a draw because I don’t think either team will have enough to win it. I think it’s probably evenly-matched. Jackson is out for a while I’ve heard so I’ll go for a score-draw. Prediction: draw
Leicester v Arsenal
Arsenal will have to cope without Kai Havertz for the rest of the season
Arsenal will win despite not having too many options in forward positions. I still think they’ll have too much. Leicester are struggling. They actually did alright against Man United in the FA Cup and were hard-done-by without VAR. I still think Arsenal will have too much for them so I’ll say away win. Prediction: Arsenal win
West Ham v Brentford
West Ham have picked up a little bit. I’ll go for a West Ham win because Graham Potter has them improved a little bit. West Ham win. Prediction: West Ham win
Southampton v Bournemouth
Bournemouth away win. It’s a South Coast Derby so it will be tight but I just think Bournemouth will have too much quality for Southampton. Prediction: Bournemouth win
Aston Villa v Ipswich
Morgan Rogers has been in great form for Aston Villa (Picture: Getty)
Aston Villa win. I was really impressed last weekend against Spurs. They looked good in forward positions, had options to bring people off and bring Marcus Rashford on. They’ll have too much for Ipswich.
Aston Villa have sold Jhon Duran for big money and signed Asensio, Rashford and Malen so they’re pretty strong in forward positions now and if you’re going to push further up the table, that can be the difference – having strength and goals coming off the bench in the last 20-25 minutes of a game. Prediction: Aston Villa win
Man City v Newcastle
This is a tough one to call. I know Man City haven’t been anywhere near as good as what we’ve seen in recent seasons but it’ll be tough for Newcastle going to the Etihad. City have a couple of injuries and may still have one eye on the return leg against Real Madrid so I’ll go for a draw. Prediction: Draw
Fulham v Nottingham Forest
Chris Wood is enjoying an incredible season for Nottingham Forest (Picture: Getty)
Another tough one to call. Two good teams who are having good seasons. I think the way Forest play, they’re very good on the counter-attack away from home and Fulham will attack them. It should suit them so I’ll go for an away win. Prediction: Nottingham Forest win
Crystal Palace v Everton
Everton have massively improved under David Moyes. It was a great result against Liverpool. But I’ll go with a home win because of all they put into the game and with the injuries that were picked up to the likes of Iliman Ndiaye. Prediction: Crystal Palace win
Liverpool v Wolves
Home win. I don’t see Liverpool slipping up against Wolves. Wolves have picked up a little bit again but Liverpool will have too much for them, particularly at Anfield. There’s not much to worry about with Liverpool, they’ve had a couple of blips if you can call the result at Everton a blip. That was always going to be tough with it being the last Merseyside derby at Goodison Park. If anything, that may just give them the kick that they could do with. I wouldn’t have any major concerns for Liverpool. Prediction: Liverpool win
Spurs v Man United
It’s a tough one to call. Man United had a good result in the FA Cup but I certainly wasn’t impressed with them. Spurs were really weak against Aston Villa. Two teams who have been massively struggling for different reasons. Because Spurs have beaten them already this season, I’ll go for a home win. Prediction: Spurs win
