SELLING Sunset’s Bre Tiesi has been attacked for having a child with playboy Nick Cannon.
But now, the 33-year-old mum has revealed what her relationship with the polyamorous comedian is really like.
Speaking to relationship therapist Paul Brunson on his podcast, We Need To Talk, she recalls how she had no idea who he was when they first met.
She said she was working at clubs when he approached her and asked if she’d like to get dinner with him.
From that point on, the pair were an item as she gushed that he was ‘compassionate, sweet and kind’.
The pair welcomed their son, Legendary Love, into the world in 2022.
Nick, who has fathered 12 children with six different women, including musical legend Mariah Carey, and despite him and Bre being in a relationship, he still dates other people.
Paul asked if Bre was aware when Nick, 44, had other partners and she revealed they had open communication about it.
“Yeah, for the most part,” she replied. “I’m not checking your following and seeing where you’re going and asking who this girl is and all of that stuff.
“I’m kind of like, ‘Oh, I see this. Is this a situation like, what are we doing here?”
“I’m not threatened because I know what my relationship is,” she added.
And while she admits it’s a very different relationship to what most people are used to seeing, it’s the healthiest one she has had.
“I’ve never fought with this man,” she explained.
“It’s just so healthy and normal. And people think that it’s not because of the surrounding factors,” she clarified that she was talking about non-monogoamy.
Previously, the reality TV star opened up about the hate she recieved when she announced her pregnancy with Nick.
The brunette beauty admitted: “It was a lot. The hate online, how nasty people can be, wishing death on my kid.

She is well known for being the ex-wife of Johnny Manziel, a former NFL quarterback.
The influencer finalised her divorce from the NFL star in November 2021, saying that although there was no “bad blood”, she is “officially done” with her marriage.
Bre has been working as a model for brands and companies like Effen Vodka and Boutine Los Angeles.
She has more than 560,000 followers on Instagram.
She has also made appearances on the series, MMAthletics in 2011, and 8th Annual Babes in Toyland: Live from Avalon Hollywood in 2015.
She was featured in the critically acclaimed mystery crime drama, Lie to Me, in 2010 for one of their episodes, and in the 2015 romantic drama movie Knight of Cups.
Brie made her debut on the sixth season of Netflix series Selling Sunset, which premiered May 19, 2023.
She joined the real estate team at the Oppenheim Group, which consists of Chrishell Stause, Mary Fitzgerald, Heather El Moussa, and more.
Prior to the premiere of season 6, Brie told PEOPLE: “There’s some drama that is, let’s say, dramatised. I’m not really sure the word to use with this one, but there’s some of my personal life in a situation that happens with Nick and all of these things that are not fully accurate.
“For me, it’s just one of those things where people have to take it with a grain of salt and understand that there’s a difference. There still is a difference between my real life and the show.”
“It was crazy. It was a lot.”
Bre insists she knew he was a playboy before deciding she would give the relationship a go.
She added: “Nick’s always been a playboy, everybody knows that. He’s always been that way.”
While Bre says she isn’t jealous of his other relationships, she does struggle with him splitting his time, especially around holidays.

“I think I’ve gotten jealous about like maybe holidays, holidays are hard right,” she said.
“I’d be like, ‘Okay, well if you’re going to do this, can you take Legy?’ It’s not for me, I’m not jealous that they go on a trip.”
“I’m looking out for him, per se, and I just really care and I want him to have a good relationship with his siblings.” Bre added.
She also revealed she was more than welcome to have other relationships of her own like Nick but couldn’t stand the thought of having someone else right now.
“I’m barely dealing with myself and my kid I’m literally like please God, I just want to be alone on a beach with a margarita and that’s all I want, I couldn’t even fathom dealing with another human right now,” she added.
