National Napping Day, observed annually on the Monday following the switch to daylight saving time in the United States, falls today, March 10, 2025. Sam Thompson has broken his silence after ex Zara McDermott was linked to a huge boyband starInstagramEagle-eyed fans have linked Zara to One Direction’s Louis TomlinsonMEGA
The pair now follow each other on Instagram, and eagle-eyed fans spotted that Louis’ sisters, including make-up artist Lottie Tomlinson, and twins Daisy and Phoebe, follow Zara too.
Following the revelation, Sam has now took to social media to break his silence.
In a positive Instagram story, he said: “Today’s gonna be great!”
It comes as Sam and Pete Wicks are bringing back their Staying Relevant podcast for one special episode.
The best pals are hoping to sell out London’s O2 Arena this September with the live recording.
Tickets for the show – which will take place on Friday, September 19 – start from just £31.50.
“It’s been an incredibly difficult decision for them to part ways; they still care and have a lot of love for each other.
“But after a tough year of working hard at their romance, they have split and will be focusing on their individual careers going forward into 2025.
“There has been no scandal or fallout between them, it’s just the result of a difficult year, where they both had to spend a lot of time focused on their own projects.”
Fellow shoppers have been quick to comment jealous at the find, which is £16 cheaper than the real bar version.
One said: “Uhhhh really need to try these.”
Another commented: “Get in the basket hun.”
Meanwhile, a third and fourth simply said: “OH MY CHRIST” and “OMG NEED.”
Dubai chocolate has surged in popularity since 2021, with social media videos about the sweet snack garnering hundreds of thousands of views.
One recently posted by TikTok user CheyanneKerr, showing her on the hunt for the chocolate bar in a shopping centre in Dubai, received over 50,000 likes.
Shoppers looking to snap up Home Bargains’ take on the sweet sensation will have to visit their local branch to get one as we couldn’t find it on the retailer’s website.
It might be worth checking with your local branch to see if it has any in stock.
Remember, you can find your nearest Home Bargains store via storelocator.home.bargains/all-stores.
Of course, as with any product, make sure you shop around and check if you’re getting the best price on the Dubai chocolate bites.
The Trolley website is useful for comparing prices on supermarket products.
Meanwhile, you can use price comparison websites like Price Spy and PriceRunner which scans prices across a wider pool of retailers.
We had a quick look online to see what other retailers are selling the chocolate for, but couldn’t find any cheaper than Home Bargains.
Morrisons is selling its own spin on the chocolate bar for £5, for example.
It’s not the first time in recent months Home Bargains shoppers have been rushing to their nearest shop to get their hands on sweet bites.
JUST because something is on offer, or is part of a sale, it doesn't mean it's always a good deal.
There are plenty of comparison websites out there that’ll check prices for you – so don’t be left paying more than you have to.
Most of them work by comparing the prices across hundreds of retailers.
Here are some that we recommend:
Google Shopping is a tool that lets users search for and compare prices for products across the web. Simply type in keywords, or a product number, to bring up search results.
Price Spy logs the history of how much something costs from over 3,000 different retailers, including Argos, Amazon, eBay and the supermarkets. Once you select an individual product you can quickly compare which stores have the best price and which have it in stock.
Idealo is another website that lets you compare prices between retailers. All shoppers need to do is search for the item they need and the website will rank them from the cheapest to the most expensive one.
CamelCamelCamel only works on goods being sold on Amazon. To use it, type in the URL of the product you want to check the price of.
How to save money at Home Bargains
You’ll want to first start by looking in the right place in your local Home Bargains store.
Next, it’s worth keeping an eye out for Mrs Hinch products which are extremely popular and often reduced in price, he said.
Shop at the right time too, which according to one current worker is first thing in the morning, when stock is fresh and you’re likely to get the best pick of products.

6 days agoNew York StateComments Off on ‘That’s a concern’ – Arsenal legend Martin Keown reveals his big Ethan Nwaneri ‘worry’ with youngster ‘not a man yet’
MARTIN KEOWN is desperate for Ethan Nwaneri NOT to get an England call-up this month over fears of fatigue.
The 17-year-old academy star has been a revelation for Arsenal in the absence of crocked Bukayo Saka so far this term, scoring eight goals in 28 games across all competitions.
RexArsenal legend Martin Keown doesn’t believe Ethan Nwaneri should link up with England[/caption]
GettyThe Arsenal teenager has enjoyed a meteoric rise this season[/caption]
With Thomas Tuchel announcing his first England squad on Friday, Gunners midfielder Nwaneri has an outside chance of being included in his first senior Three Lions camp – having already represented the U16s, U17s and U19s.
However, Arsenal legend Keown is concerned for Nwaneri’s welfare – especially given his slight drop-off in recent Prem clashes against West Ham, Nottingham Forest and Manchester United.
TNT pundit Keown explained: “There’s a chance [Nwaneri] may make the international team. That’s a concern, that’s a worry.
“You take it if it comes but if it doesn’t, then he gets a nice bit of time with the manager, resting up between games so there’s a balance.
“It does one thing for confidence but another for the body. When you’re 17, you’re not even fully developed in terms of your cardiovascular system. You’re not really a man yet.
“There’s still some growing to do, and recently he has looked tired, like he was blowing, and this is normal for a 17-year-old kid.
“So it might be a time where he needs resting. And if he doesn’t make the full squad, does he need to be involved in the U21s?
“This has got to be sensibly managed between now and the end of the season.”
Tuchel’s England have two home World Cup qualifiers coming up – against Albania on March 21 and Latvia on March 24.
Another Arsenal youngster that has a chance of being in the mix is left-back Myles Lewis-Skelly after also breaking into the first team under Mikel Arteta this campaign.
Given England’s left-back situation – with consistent fitness issues for Luke Shaw, Ben Chilwell and Lewis Hall – 18-year-old Lewis-Skelly has been earmarked for his international debut following a recent spell as U19s captain.
Keown said: “He’s had some issues, but in terms of physicality, he’s ready to go.
“He looks like he could play and there’s a problem at left-back for England.
“He’s different [to Nwaneri], more developed. I wouldn’t say he’s a freak of nature, but when you see the strength in him, he is all about power.
“So he is not going to want to be denied the opportunity to play for England.”
Arsenal ratings vs Man Utd as Rice runs Gunners midfield but wonderkid Nwaneri falls below high standards
DECLAN RICE rescued a point for Arsenal after David Raya failed to stop a Bruno Fernandes freekick.
Fernandes’ set piece was followed by a brilliant Rice strike in the second half, leaving the sides with a point apiece.
After a quiet first half, both sides woke up and provided more going forward after the break but lacked quality in the final third.
Raya’s display in the second half more than made up for his earlier error and, alongside Rice, kept his side in the game.
Coming off the back of a riotous 7-1 victory over PSV, Arsenal reverted to their goal scoring woes and proved once again that they desperately need a striker.
But, who was on the mark for the Gunners?
Can Mikel Arteta push for the title without an out-and-out striker?
And did anyone shine off the bench for Arteta’s side?
Lewis-Skelly has been shown two straight reds already in his senior Arsenal career, first at Molineux in January – which was later rescinded – and in February at the Emirates against the Hammers.
Keown – who was shown 6 red cards in 310 Prem appearances for Arsenal – added: “I remember at that age being impetuous, going off your feet. But you just learn.
“I had to do that myself, you have to learn the hard way. You think you can win every tackle, and then suddenly you’re playing against a quicker, stronger player, a little nudge here and there, and you’re committed to it.
“People now will probably be diving in and around him a little bit, because they know he might go off his feet.
“So just pick and choose, but you get better at that.”
