Coleen Rooney has reportedly said she is there to support Danny Jones’ wife Georgia Jones following the McFly star’s alleged Brit Awards kiss with Maura Higgins.
Danny, 38, who has been married to wife Georgia Horsley since 2014, appeared to kiss Love Island star Maura, 34, at a Brits after-party.
Photos of the encounter went viral, with Danny breaking his silence with a statement posted online apologising to Georgia.
Media personality Coleen, 38, has allegedly ‘made it clear she’s there for Georgia if she needs it’ following Coleen’s experiences with facing public scandals with husband Wayne Rooney.
The couple, who wed in 2008, have been rocked by numerous cheating accusations levied toward football star Wayne across the years.
Coleen appeared on I’m A Celebrity last year alongside Danny and Maura, and is said to sympathise with Georgia as she ‘can imagine what she will be going through.’

‘Coleen knows how it feels to be in Georgia’s position. She’s been there with Wayne when it comes to public scandals, so she can imagine what she will be going through,’ a source told The Mirror.
‘She does really feel for Georgia and feels like she’s been there and got the T-shirt.’
The insider continued: ‘Coleen got close with Danny in the jungle and met Georgia afterwards, but she didn’t stay particularly close with her and isn’t one to insert herself into drama – Coleen keeps herself to herself.
‘But she has made it clear she’s there for Georgia if she needs it because it’s not an easy thing to go through.’
It has been reported that the singer has been holding crisis talks in the weeks since the kiss.

‘This saga has been embarrassing, and Danny had a lot of explaining to do,’ a source told The Sun.
According to the insider, the couple are ‘keen to just move past it and get on with their lives.’
‘They’ve been away for a few days, and they are focused on being a family unit,’ they said, emphasising that Danny and Georgia are ‘both committed to each other.’
They were seen on a walk together earlier this week which marked their first public outing since the scandal.
In his statement shared to his Instagram Stories, Danny wrote: ‘Hello everyone, sorry I’ve taken some time out to be with those closest to me.

‘I want to deeply apologise to my wife and family for putting them in this situation.
‘I love them so much, and we’ll continue to deal with this privately.’
He then thanked his fans as he concluded: ‘I love you guys, thank you for your patience, understanding, and support.’
Love Island star Maura has not yet broken her statement on the alleged kiss, but sources informed Metro that the ordeal has hit her hard.
Maura is single after her recent split from The Only Way is Essex and Strictly Come Dancing star Pete Wicks.
