South African-born billionaire Elon Musk has reportedly taken legal action against his alleged “baby mama”, author Ashley St. Clair.
ELON MUSK TAKES ‘DRASTIC LEGAL ACTION’ AGAINST ASHLEY ST. CLAIR?
Daily Mail reports that Elon Musk and his alleged “baby mama” Ashley St. Clair will battle over the custody of their son behind closed doors after moving to seal the case from the public. On Valentine’s Day (14 February), St. Clair claimed that she welcomed a baby with the Tesla and SpaceX CEO, five months prior.
Musk has not publicly confirmed nor denied that he did in fact father a child with the author. After Musk did not publicly confirm that the child is his, St. Clair sued the billionaire, seeking sole custody of the son she says they share, and requested a paternity test.
In a new document filed on Friday, an order for sealing was seemingly granted in the case, as per Daily Mail.
ASHLEY ST. CLAIR’S LAWYER: ‘I HAVE NO COMMENT’
The publication also reports that filings that were previously publicly available have now been sealed. so, any hearings in the case will take place behind closed doors. The billionaire appointed a lawyer to represent him in the suit. His attorney, Alyssa Rower filed the notification for sealing.
According to Daily Mail, the son goes by R.S.C in the court papers and Musk was set to appear in court in May.
“The courtroom will be closed and the Record sealed. Other than that, I have no comment,” said St. Clair’s attorney in a statement.
Just a few weeks after St. Clair claimed to have a baby with Musk, another one of his “baby mamas”, Shivon Zilis, revealed that they had welcomed their fourth child together. This would make Musk a father of 14 if St. Clair’s claims are confirmed.
