An exciting opportunity will take place later this evening, as fans of EastEnders will get the opportunity to vote on how the next part of a storyline unfolds.

Over the past few weeks, Denise Fox (Diane Parish) has found herself torn between Jack Branning (Scott Maslen) and Ravi Gulati (Aaron Thiara).

On the one hand, there’s Jack – a man she’s previously been married to, who can provide a comfortable life with his children.

But maybe Denise wants something a bit more exciting?

That’s where Ravi comes in – he’s a man Denise previously had a fling with, and now, she cannot ignore the electric chemistry they have together.

When tonight’s one-hour episode ends at 8:30pm, a BBC vote will open.

But how exactly does it all work?

Let’s take a look.

In the 60 minute episode, the Walford residents will face a chaotic and horrifying ordeal following last night’s explosion outside the Queen Vic.

The blast happened as a result of Reiss Colwell (Jonny Freeman) crashing his car into the pub, something that only occurred because he was swerving to avoid hitting Ian Beale (Adam Woodyatt), who was pushed into the road by Cindy Beale (Michelle Collins).

Classic soap.

At least 20 characters are trapped in the boozer – but just who will make it out alive?
