Kaizer Chiefs to move in on maestro midfielder!

Kaizer Chiefs could get lucky – real lucky.

AmaKhosi target Sihle Nduli is entering the final stages of his contract, meaning free agency beckons unless Stellenbosch intervene, which they’re reportedly in the process of trying to do.

“We don’t think it will be easy to let Sihle to just leave like that,” a source told SoccerLaduma.

“He is one of the players that the club really depends on and it’s believed that they are working on renewing his contract. But you know in football anything can happen but let’s wait and see before the end of the season.”

Having entered the final six months of his deal Nduli has free reign to choose his next destination. Kaizer Chiefs will try their hardest to ensure its Soweto.

“What we know and believe is that Sihle’s contract is coming to an end in June and there is nothing yet from Stellenbosch FC concerning his contract and this would give Kaizer Chiefs the chance to sign him as a free agent,” another source revealed.

Concern for Nabi

Kaizer Chiefs coach Nasreddine Nabi is facing scrutiny for the clubs inner-circle, suggesting the next few weeks to be crucial for the Tunisian tactian.

“It’s getting hard and tougher for the management team now,” SoccerLaduma reported

“It’s believed that they thought by now the results would have started to show as the coach came with high expectations, but things are not working according to plan,

“Apparently, that’s what is not making them happy. They don’t just want the team to play well. No. They want results and so far they [Kaizer Chiefs] have lost to the all so-called big teams,

“That’s the other reason why management is not happy so as they feel they have given him enough time to show what he can do for the team. They think and believe that they have a great squad which can easily compete and be up there among Mamelodi Sundowns and Orlando Pirates,

“Because they are failing to do that, it’s why management is dissatisfied and unhappy with the results and the coach right now.”
