It’s been four months, and Orlando Pirates supporters are still wondering where Monnapule Saleng is.
ROBERT MARAWA GIVE ORLANDO PIRATES 48 HOURS TO TELL THE FANS ABOUT MONNAPULE SALENG’S ABSENCE
Orlando Pirates supporters last saw Saleng in the 3-2 loss to Magesi FC in the Carling Knockout in October 2024. With the 26-year-old Buccaneer not injured, journalists have been asking coach Jose Riveiro for answers, but the Spaniard has kept saying the matter is highly sensitive and confidential.
Meanwhile, Robert Marawa has told the public that he has the story and that Orlando Pirates have 48 hours to reveal it. Otherwise, he will take the honours. “We have the story but giving the Club their 48hrs to address their fans on the matter. Otherwise, we will,” Marawa said on X.
IS ROBERT MARAWA TAKING THE RIGHT ACTION?

NEW ROLE FOR MAKHEHLENI MAKHAULA
Orlando Pirates supporters must have seen the change. Makhehleni Makhaula has shown a different side to his game.
Many of us have known the 35-year-old Makhaula as a sitting defensive midfielder, until he started to roam in attacking positions to score goal in the recent 2-1 win over Sekhukhune United, not forgetting his goal for the Sea Robbers in the Nedbank Cup final last season.
“Makhaula is more defensive, Kabelo is more offensive, but in this team, we defend as a team,” said Jose Riveiro via FARPost. “When we have the ball, we attack as a team. As you have seen recently Makhaula’s evolution, he is offensive when we are on the ball. He has been impressive for us.
“We played with two players with experience. Dlamini’s numbers in the league are top in every aspect. It means a lot to us,” concluded the Orlando Pirates tactician.
