Samkelo Zwane talks about Kaizer Chiefs struggles

The current generation of Kaizer Chiefs youngsters are coming up during the most challenging of times at Amakhosi.

SAMKELO ZWANE ON KAIZER CHIEFS PROBLEMS

Rather than challenging for the top three, Amakhosi find themselves in eighth position with six games before the end of the season. Out of 24 games, Kaizer Chiefs have managed eight wins and 10 defeats.

“I think we haven’t been playing badly the whole season. It’s just that maybe we are lacking in finishing and some mistakes have led to goals,” the 22-year-old said via FARPost.

“So overall, I don’t think it’s a problem where we don’t know what’s happening. We can see that we just need to finish our chances and avoid mistakes.

“I personally feel the recent patch we are going through right now is just because of minor mistakes that led to goals and missing chances.”

“Like I am saying, if we had converted those chances, we would be talking a different story right now.”

“We have not been consistent. I think it’s there to see that we have not been consistent. We started the season very well, scoring goals, and then made minor mistakes. So it’s just a consistent factor,” the Kaizer Chiefs starlet concluded.
