Actor Alexander Westwood, 24, has been sentenced to prison for over 15 years after being convicted of 26 crimes against children.
He was found guilty on all charges in December by a jury at Wolverhampton Crown Court, following two days of deliberations.
This included sexual assault of two teenage pupils who he had tutored in acting lessons and a boy under 10 years old.
Judge Neil Chawla said he used his minor celebrity status, having appeared in Netflix’s Sex Education, to engage in a decade-long ‘campaign of sexual offending.
He added Westwood had a ‘seemingly nonchalant attitude’ that bordered on ‘arrogance’ throughout the trial and had attempted to blame his victims.
