A THIS Morning host has been cruelly mum-shamed for leaving her kids at home for a solo getaway.
The ITV presenter, 37, was targeted with a slew of nasty comments after she documented her holiday on Instagram.

Former Made In Chelsea star Ashley James, who often features in news review segments on the ITV daytime series, headed to Tulum, Mexico, for a stunning beach break.
The E4 alum shares son Alfie, aged three, and daughter Ada, aged one, with partner Tommy Andrews.
And she left the duo at home as she took some me-time, documenting the getaway through a series of selfies as well as a lengthy caption.
Images showed her stripping to a leopard-print bikini outside a beach hut before switching to a neon pink number as she took a stroll on the sands.
She then captured her idyllic seafront location and a sweet message from her apartment, before giving a glimpse at her four-poster bed.
Yet the vacation came at a price – and the broadcaster admitted she felt “mum guilt.”
She wrote in her caption: “The last week by myself in Mexico.
“I won’t lie, I forgot how much I absolutely love spending time by myself.
“Before going away I felt so much guilt. Guilt about leaving Tommy on his own. Guilt about leaving the kids.
“I had to really talk myself out of it. Tommy goes away once a week every year for work.
“I used to always go away by myself – I deserve to go away by myself. They were just some of my thoughts.
“I went away to focus on a work project that wasn’t getting my attention and focus. It’s been so busy with work and kids – and the broken sleep isn’t great for creativity.”
Ashley continued to explain her reasoning for her trip – and explained how it reached back to her life without kids.

She continued: “I spent a lot of time in Mexico when I first started travelling by myself. Solo travel was what allowed me to stop seeing my single status as failure. It allowed me to start questioning how we view a woman’s worth. It allowed me to fall in love with life!
“I knew I wanted to come back to this place to work on this project.
“I savoured every moment. Being in the airport and on the plane and only having to think of myself. Getting to wake up and enjoy slow mornings before a day of work. Getting a full night sleep.
“It was so nice to reflect on where life is now to where it was when I first went to Mexico. I’ll share that in another post.
“But for now, here’s some snaps from the week. But I can’t wait to see my babies.”
Yet Ashley – who is sadly no stranger to mum shaming comments – was targeted by trolls.
One quizzed: “But flying? I don’t know how anyone can justify a long haul flight with a clear conscience.”
Another posted: “I would love to know how you left the babies when they are so little.”
Yet others were quick to back the star.
One posted: “Love this, we all need a bit of time to recharge and remember who we are outside of mummmm mummmm MUMMMMM.”
Another mused: “What a beauty, inside and out! Hope you got the headspace you needed.”
A third then put: “I love that you did this for yourself. How lovely.”
