Tim Gromie’s actions in MAFS Australia were condemnable enough but amid his treatment of his wife Katie Johnston, people came out with horror stories about being in a relationship with him.
It seems that red flag behaviour is also prevalent in Tim’s digital footprint as some accused him of using old pictures of himself on his dating profiles. Even now, after the mountain of controversy created by his MAFS appearance, Tim has reactivated his dating profiles with the same pictures.
“Look who’s back on the dating apps… It’s Tim! “He’s currently unemployed. Still using old pics. We’d almost be disappointed if he wasn’t,” a source told So Dramatic.
Because screenshots of his dating profiles have been widely shared alongside throwback pictures from his now-locked Instagram, we can see Tim’s insane transformation in all its glory.

In this throwback picture, Tim seems to be holding materials for his former job as a teacher. He’s visibly younger and his lacking the “I’m over this” energy in his eyes we saw during MAFS.

This picture looks more recent than some of the other selections but he’s still worlds away from the man we met during episode two of season 12. It was initially shared in the “Sis is this your man?” Facebook group where women post snaps of men to confirm they’re single before dating them. In Tim’s case, people shared their experiences of dating him.
“I matched with him and he asked me on a date to his house,” one person said. “He’s not looking for a relationship.”
Another wrote: “My friend recently went on a date with him in Melbourne. He said he looked very different from his pics.”

It’s not confirmed but Tim looks more like himself in this picture and I’m pretty sure he wore this white shirt in one of the scenes. We can’t see if he’s wearing those signature skinny jeans but I’m willing to bet they’re there and constricting bloodflow.

Numerous outlets have reported that this picture was of Tim during his college years, and while he is visibly younger, that’s not been confirmed. Regardless, he needed an iron.
Tim’s dating profile is back!

Recent screenshots from Tim’s dating profiles show him considerably younger and brandishing a ginger beard. I know this picture is from ages ago because he lacks the chest tattoo that can be seen in more recent pictures.

Tim does have the portrait of the woman on his chest but he doesn’t have the geometric patterns that can be seen in the pictures above. Despite that, people have claimed he’s using it on Bumble right now.
