UPDATE: FlySafair and LIFT check-in delays RESOLVED

Airports Company South Africa (ACSA) has announced that the global systems issue affecting check-in for FlySafair and LIFT airlines has been resolved.

ACSA had earlier said the technical issue is impacting the airlines’ check-in systems and causing delays.

The issue started on Saturday, 15 March.

As a result, ACSA had urged passengers to arrive earlier for their flights than they may have planned to ensure enough time to check-in.

FlySafair and LIFT passengers on regional flights were asked to arrive at least three hours before departure, while domestic fliers were requested to arrives at least two hours before departure.

ACSA thanked passengers for their patience and understanding.
